    Hello mr.Javorek, Great respect and great honnor from one bulgarian in Germany, i am ISSA certified fitness trainer tryin to pick the level of Funk. training here in Germany,i work with system of Bulgarian bag, KB and DB ,your system put me in COMA,,fresh blood and kick in my back parts,,Thank you a lot,totally agree with all --theory and practise..

    i love the machine like skill of Daniel. Movements looks smooth and clean. Even with a very low weight, very skillful.

    Great video...I especially liked how the overhead squat progression went from 1/4 squat to half and then full...I have some issues with falling forward with over head squats and I'll work on that progression...

    @evobe Daniel is able to do with more weight, just I chose the bare bar, in order to be visible every technical phase of each exercise from that respective complex. In the mean time: everyone should choose the intensity between 30% to 70% from the weakest link of any complex exercise.

    Was Mr. Gutierrez performing a Good Morning variant or a good old fashion Deadlift?
