  • Javorek’s Shoulder Reconditioning Dumbbell Complex Exercise
    1) Hands Bent To Frontal Deltoids, Forward Backward Elbow Rotation X 10+10
    *The elbows should make perfect circular movements.
    2) Hands Bent To Frontal Deltoids, Lateral Elbow Raise (Chicken Wings) X 20
    *The elbows should make perfect vertical line movements.
    3) Dumbbell Hands Bent To Chest Inward-Outward Circle X 10+10
    *The fists should make perfect circular movements.
    4) Dumbbell Rotational (from Pronation to Supination) Curls X 14
    5) Dumbbell Parallel In Front Of Chest Inward-Outward Rotation X 10+10
    6) Dumbbell Lateral Pronated Arm Raise X 10
    7) Dumbbell Frontal Pronated Arm Raise X 10
    8) Dumbbell From Hip High Pull Snatch X 10
    9) Dumbbell Bent Over Fly X 10
    10) Dumbbell Bent Over “Kick Back” Triceps Curls X 10
    11) Dumbbell Lateral Supinated Arm Raise X 10
    12) Dumbbell Frontal Supinated Arm Raise X 10
    13) Dumbbell Breaststroke Imitation X 10
    14) Dumbbell Frontal Rotational Arm Raise X 10
    15) Dumbbell Lateral Rotational Arm Raise X 10
    16) Dumbbell Rotational Bent Over Row X 12
    17) Dumbbell Javorek’s Shoulder Routine X 10+10
    After helping hundreds of people to recondition their shoulders, in 2020 ,after a very serious shoulders injury (both of my shoulders) finally it came the time again after 56 years since I injured my right shoulder, to start and gradually be able to do my shoulder routine very successfully.

    Thanks Coach Javorek. Watched and did my best to follow. My shoulders felt a lot better after one session. My shoulders are where 90% of my pain.

    Hi Coach Javorek, thank you always for your amazing knowledge. Question : can these exercises be used as injury prevention or prehab? I’d like to minimize as much as I can the risk of injury in them. How many reps do we start with ?

      Thank you adnocorotube, for your kind words! Yes tor injury prevention it is great to use it. For pre-rehab, it depends on injury ask the dr. or physical therapist 👍🙏💪🏋️‍♂️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🤗

    Does this apply to strengthening rotators cuff in seniors?

      It depends: if is an inflamed tendon , then check with the dr. And find out what you need to do! Also it is very important to do with light actually very lightweights and never push on certain movements if creates discomfort or pain! I had very strong athletes, who after their shoulder surgery were performing without weights first, and then gradually , starting with 1 lbs and up. Also it is important to do several times Lin a session and not a bad idea stretching and icing !🙏🙏💪🏋️‍♂️🇺🇸

    You have to get the release of your surgeon to do physical reconditioning
    I did recondition so many athlete' shoulder, but just after I got the release from their doctors
