I've got the big size Hydro X (think it's just over a litre) and it's perfect fir me and the dog! My previous bottle was a pain, too small and I had to unscrew the whole lid to pour water for the dog. Really love the dual lid design on the Hydro X, plus the fact it keeps the water nice and cold, which a lot of the drinking straw bottles don't do. Definitely recommend. 😎
Beautiful cinamatography! You two really go the extra mile to make your vlogs gorgeous and show us the details of nature. I can almost feel the mists of fog, smell the rain, or the warm sun. I love watching.
We live in Norfolk, north Norfolk coast is lovely, Mundesley, Cromer, Sheringham, in land to Aylsham and Holt plus many many more gorgeous places. Hope to see you about somewhere, would be great to meet our favourite TH-camrs. If you need somewhere to stop overnight and re-charge powerbanks etc, I'm sure we can squeeze you on our drive. ❤
We visit Sheringham quite alot and we love it, can highly recommend. North Norfolk Poppy line stream railway, independent shops, North Norfolk coast path with great walks over Beeston Bump to West Runton. Historic Holt also definitely worth a visit too.
It was lovely to see you doing well and having a nice time ❤❤ I was in Northumberland and you must go to Lindesfarne. Also Bamburgh Castle. I’ll be going back to Scotland soon, so looking forward to seeing your experiences. Definitely visit Castle Eilean Donan, but in the evening. I had it all to myself. I‘m at the end of a Summer in Ireland- so incredible. And no little thanks to the constant inspiration from watching you guys that kept me going during my van build❤❤
A good park up in Cromer is on Overstrand road opposite the cricket ground, stayed there for two nights last week no problem, the beaches on the Norfolk coast are stunningly beautiful. 👍🍻
Dress warmly in Norfolk especially on the coast. They have a saying that "the wind in Norfolk is a lazy wind it does not go around you but straight thru you" and they are right.
The Sunken Garden or the Dingle is well worth seeing. It was created and designed by the famous TV gardner Percy Thrower. There were many more intresting facts and places, some of which you walked past, that could of been mentioned!
Great vlog😀 Your parents are precious. Norfolk is gorgeous spent family holidays there as a kid. Northumberland is absolutely stunning, I'm from Newcastle , beautiful beaches my faves are Tynemouth and Alnmouth, you must go to Holy Island also known as Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, Walkworth Castle, Marsden Grotto is a gem❤❤❤
Norfolk is beautiful. Visit the seals at Blakeney Point, via Morsten Quay. Hunstanton is lovely, Holkham beach is award winning, Holkham hall is impressive too. Wells-next-the-Sea is nice. Further round the coast, you can park up alongside the coast at Walcott. And the beach at Sea Palling is lovely. It’s all very quiet and sleepy feeling. The Norfolk Broads is nice, but more built up and busier. Norwich is a great city too, I think you’d like it!
Shrewsbury is my home town, wild!! Shrowsbury is what the posh people call it. We call it Shrewsbury. Charles Darwin was the principle of the school (library.)
Thank goodness you both now have a mic each. What a blessing for body language, Sarah always looked like she was quitely thinking about killing Nick every time he moved the mic away. Harmony has been restored! 🙃
North Norfolk is an amazing place to visit. Holkham Beach with its pine wood forest all the way to wells next to the sea. Clay next to the sea with all the nature walks, the Muckleburgh military collection is a great way to spend hours looking around. Then go inland to Holt a lovely village where you can get the steam train to Sheringham, then over to Cromer for the famous Cromer crab.
Lovely to see you both visiting my home town of Shrewsbury. It was interesting to hear from a visitors perspective of our town. I hope you find time to return and are able to see more of this beautiful historic town. Nice to see you with your parents Nick 😊. The curtains will make the van cosy as the colder weather sets in Sarah good thinking. Have a good week and stay safe. ❤
It was quite bizarre watching last week's vlog and we did the same 2 park ups as you last year. Love Shrewsbury, you missed going to the doughnut shop! The indoor market has won many awards, great eateries in there for your next visit.
Oh wow, I have subscribed to you guys for years and had no idea you had connections to my home town of Shrewsbury (not Shroesbury.) Rule of thumb to locals, those considered a bit more snooty or well bred refers to it as Shroesbury whilst the rest of us call in Shrewsbury - regardless of where you live. In fact, you walked past our old flat when you walked down from St Chads, so you can't get much more centre of town than that. It's a great vlog, many thanks. In addition to this channel, I have another channel named, Brompton Habitude, where I have released my own Brompton bike tour of Shrewsbury. In fact, I'm just finishing off another vlog where I discuss the locals shuts and alleyways. I'd be chuffed to bits if you even saw my vlog for two minutes. Good luck guys. Mal (and Ruth and Raffy). x
Stay at the car park opposite Bamburgh Castle. Lots of beach walks for the doggies and it should be quieter now. Think it was £12 overnight for the Council run Aire.
Shrewsbubbery or whatever you call it 😉, sorry, Shrewsbury looks amazing, what stunning buildings. Northumberland has an amazing coast, and huge skies, you will love it, if you decide to go there. So glad you are coming to Scotland. The East has crazy wind, the North has fierce wind, and the west has wild wind, take your pick 😅😅 l think Summer has arrived at the moment. Thanks for taking us along, great video as always.....Alioban ❤❤🐕🐕XX
Lovely to see my old home town of Shrewsbury featured. Regarding Norfolk, just yesterday I came across an article on the 'Which' website entitled 'Best walk in east of England : Wells Beach and Pinewoods Walk, North Norfolk.' Sounded lovely, so maybe you'd like to test drive it for me 😉
Excited for your visit to Northumberland, you must visit bamburgh castle, it's situated on a beach overlooking lindisfarne islands, floods of history, and beautiful village with superb pubs. Druridge bay also fantastic.
Love to you both, Norfolk is an interesting place, Cromer crabs 🦀 just a great place. If we didn't live in Ireland, we'd live in Norfolk, say no to stripes😂😂
You started the episode with a mug of coffee very good but its now out of a coffee machine? I am a tea drinker but I want one of those boil on the gas jobs like you had in The Vinster! I was hoping you could give us a quick demo on how to use one does the coffee go in the bottom or the top? I do have a "French Press what I use now and again but I like the idea of the coffee pot steaming on the gas ring! I will just say cheers with my mug of tea!
Lovely video, Shrewsbury looks a cool place to visit, nice you met up with your folks. My recommendation in Norfolk is to visit Sheringham, Cromer, Holt, and Holkham beach and Holkham Hall, Norwich, Mundesley, Blakeney, Burnham, Brancaster beach, Kings Lynn. Enjoy 👋 recommendation
I lived and grew up in Norfolk. My ancestors go back to the 1500’s in Norfolk. Went to school in Norwich, beautiful city, cathedral and wonderful Tudor houses down Elm Lane where my great, great grandmother lived. Lots of history, beautiful coast, especially North Norfolk, Sheringham, Mundesley, Wells next to the sea. Lots of great memories. I hope to visit vicariously through you guys as I am in the USA, Oregon. 🙏🏻💗
guys, the car reversing nearly into Nick, omg, I just could look at the car, total distraction😮, and fun fact I ❤: One of tje very rare times you habe worse weather than me 😂
Glad you included St Chads Church and the Dingle. Shrewsbury is a very interesting place. Pity about the weather there, and on your journey. Norfolk has some lovely beaches such as Holkham, and lovely National Trust houses. Norwich has lots of history. Not sure about the stripes on Velton. Thanks for the filming.
Is Shrewsbury an ancient centre for shrews, guys? ☺️Love the streets and olde dwellings n churhes. That round one reminded me of the Globe theatre. Nick, show some restraint with the stripes. Lovely colour in the curtains Sarah. Looking forward to Norfolk. ❤
👍🏻🥰 watching from America, soooo love your tours of the UK, my late husband was a Brit, and I tell myself I’ll get back over the pond one day to explore his childhood home ( Bournemouth). He’s tied me to you “Lovely Brits” by heart, so thank you, it means a lot to me to see your beautiful country. 🙏❤️
Norfolk my old stamping ground. Wells next the sea, Blakeney Point for the seals and don't forget 'Sunny Hunny or Hunstanton for the arcades and the prom 😊
I swear you get closer and closer to me when you’re in the uk, only 20mins from me this week. lol. You will love Scotland, van life wild park ups are everywhere. So many beautiful places to visit, we were there last week and only scratched the surface.
I'm from Northumberland. Bamburgh Casle, Alnwick Castle, Holy Island and the Northumberland coastline are definitely worth a look! There's so much to see up in North Northumberland. Can't wait to see your vid of my home lands.
Shropshire is a lovely county. From Saturday it is heritage week and lots of local sites are open to the public, some will be free for that period so it is worth investigating. I would recommend Lincolnshire. Not far from where you are and lots of interesting sites, plus you can visit Leicestershire on the way
I went over from France to the UK in June / July my target was Bamburgh Castle. It doesn’t disappoint, I stopped in the main car park £10 for overnight in a camper. Great beach and fabulous castle, doggies only allowed in the grounds.
I’m so glad you guys are traveling again! I love history and really enjoy the facts and history you provide of the places you take us to see. Love my Thursday adventures with the ExPAWers!!
I used to drink in Shrewsbury, lovely tow. I have often flashed past that pub you visited with Mick's parents on my motorbike. Some cracking views along that road. Shame you didn't get into Bridgnorth as the centre is lovely. Only 12 miles from us
loved the tour of Shrewsbury - gave me ideas for some friends visiting from the States next month. loved your coverage of Wales and Chester-Shrewsbury - Norfolk would be an interesting change
Great vlog guys again - the van is looking really great and certainly has the Expawers touch. If you go to Norfolk, I would head up the East Coast (we did this last year) head up towards Northumberland and definitely visit Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island - both of which are absolutely amazing. Then travel north via Berwick-upon-Tweed into Scotland. Can’t wait to see where you go. We are going to Scotland in October. All the best guys ❤️
Sara says... Some might say, do it yurself next time!😂🤣😂🤣😁LOL I about spewed my milk!! Yoo all make my day. Its friday, 46F this morning in Idaho, Autumn mornings in the air. Blessed travels friends 🙏🙏🙏John 3:16
As residents of Norfolk, we've been wondering why you've not visited this part of the country. Norfolk's the sunniest, driest county btw and, despite scurrilous rumours, is far from flat (might seem so after Wales though ;) ). North Norfolk coast has wide, sandy beaches, comparatively unspoilt. Places like Wells next the Sea, Brancaster, Holkham Bay, Blakeney, Salthouse, Sheringham, Cromer. Kelling Heath for woodland. Norfolk Broads for chilled waterways..wild camping parkups can be found outside of towns. It's quite varied, topographically, so can often feel like several different counties in one. Good choice. Also, extremely dog-friendly. Suffolk countryside also lovely around Framlingham, where "Detectorists" was fiilmed. Watched it yet? If not, why not :)? x
It’s great to see people talk highly of Shrewsbury! ❤️ We live in Shrewsbury and when we first our van we spent our first ever night pretty much in the exact same spot as you stayed! 😃 we drive past there basically everyday on our way home from work! Great vlog once again, and hope you come back to Shrewsbury (ew not oh!😅) again! 😂
We had lots of great family holidays in oct on the norfolk broads. Left Scotland in boots and duffel coats and arrived by trains shedding until we were in t shirts
Ohhh love Scotland. ❤ I loved the Black Isle right above Inverness. This peninsula is really quite and you can see dolphins at Chanonry Point at Fortrose. Have fun in Scotland i will watch every video.❤
Gorleston on Sea, amazing beach, golden sand for miles. Traditional seaside town small and quaint. Great park up along the river. Great pub The Short Blue, very dog friendly and good food too!
If you watch Christmas carol 1984 edition all the places you visited are where it was filmed, glad you come back to my home town after your last experience!!!
I have flora marmite and nutritional yeast on my crumpets. But they have to be really cooked, burnt cooked. Sarah it looked like you hurt your finger opening the water bottle. Not sure I want one of those. 😂😂 Nick you really look like your Mum. ❤❤
Hi again you 4 , nice to see some smiles following your tough times . This weeks flog brought back great memories ! . Years ago a few of us from work used to travel down from North Yorkshire ( York ) each year to fish the river Severn for Barbel ( we don't have so many up North ) . We stayed for a week in the Severn Arms Hotel which at the time was owned by a family from York , happy days . To add comment to your Norfolk adventure , I wouldn't ! . HaHa . Yes we have had some fantastic boating holls on the Broads but generally its all a bit flat and boring . Yes I'm a little biased living where I do , but my advice would be to follow the East Coast above the Humber on your way to Northumberland . If you want dramatic cliffs and seabirds call in at Bempton Cliffs , then up the coast to Filey and Scarborough ( if you want busy ) but the must is a stop and look at Robin Hoods Bay , magical small fishing village with so much history . Then Whitby if your into goths and Dracula ! . Following up the coast is the small village of Staithes , if you can manage to arrive on the weekend of 13th to 15th sept its the Staithes Festival of Arts and Heritage . We have been a couple of times , its a fantastic experience . Because its the end of the holiday season , most of the cottages down in the village are taken over by Artists . You can just wonder from place to place ( maybe have food and a pint between ) discovering nooks and crannies between the cottages plus loads of interest within .
Personally, I would say no to stripes. If you are going to Northumberland, you could stop off on the way for a day in Whitby. You made Shrewsbury look interesting.
We live there so sunny Hunstanton and follow the coastline round to holkham wells sheringham overstrand plus in land near Thetford forest and also broads so much and have fun ❤️❤️😀
Hi both, Norfolk, its a great place to visit. Base yourselves around the Sheringham an Cromer areas. Such to see and do, great seafront views, lovely cliff walks. Interesting nat trust property's to visit but walking the land around Holkham is the best. Seals to see from the trips at Blakeney point. You will love it. Enjoy. Linda and Paul. Cannot wait for the resulting vlog.
As yourca fan of crumpets try eggs crumpets sound strange but amazing. Wisk up an egg in a bowl and soak the crumpets in the egg mixture both sides then fry it off. Best served with brown sauce.
Yes, yes ,yes! Please come to Norfolk. The beaches are the best and there’s so much to see. Norwich is such a fine city…steeped in history. Lots of doggy friendly cafes, river walks and nice people 😊
Yes I too live in Norwich in fact Taverham, on the outskirts north west of the city. Easy access to so many north Norfolk places and plenty of space to park off road at my home. Free internet, and so much so more.
Nick driving on an open road, crosses double white centre lines into the opposite lane in the rain. Get real Nick, want an accident in your new van. Then a bit later on squinting and then suddenly his glasses appear. If I was driving a van with good steering on a straight road, my steering wheel would hardly be moving, but Nicks is twitching all the time. Something amiss there I think.
You never say any dates, but I can assure you the North Norfolk District Council do not like motorhomes., but I guess you will discover this at same date.
Another brilliant video, whatever you do you make the videos so enjoyable. You are a truly wonderful couple with two lovely doggies. Shrewesbury is a beautiful place and your walk and commentry was so interesting. Looking forward as usual to the next video. Love to you both (and the doggies) Ken
Hey guys. I am working in Norfolk and know it well now. There are not many wild parkups here. There are lots of pub stops, though. Lovely coast to explore. You can park on the road in Hunstanton. The best pub to park at is the poachers pocket at Walcott, it's right on the beach. The weather is definitely better here. Let me know if you need anything while you're here. I am in Cromer until the 23rd. X
😊😊😊 it’s pronounced ‘shroozbree’ 😂😂…. And ONLY butter and strawberry jam on crumpets !!! 😳( my other half puts marmite, and sometimes cheese on em, the MONSTER! ) NO to stripes! … or go total zebra. Norfolk is flat, and lacks trees, but has fabby beaches ❤️ 😂😂😂 thank yous !… fabby as always xx

awwwww, Thankyou so much, we do our best to bring you guys along with us ☺️☺️xx
I love that you’ve given us so many historical facts related to Shrewsbury.
Thanks.. we did a little research, it’s really interesting finding out these things xx
We live in Norfolk, north Norfolk coast is lovely, Mundesley, Cromer, Sheringham, in land to Aylsham and Holt plus many many more gorgeous places. Love Mundesley and Gold Park when they have a movie night!
We visit Sheringham quite alot and we love it, can highly recommend. North Norfolk Poppy line stream railway, independent shops, North Norfolk coast path with great walks over Beeston Bump to West Runton. Historic Holt also definitely worth a visit too.
Almost nowhere to wild camp though, have to got to campsites if anywhere near the coast.
Me too. Norfolks north coast is lovely.
West Norfolk Hunstanton is a beautiful area and there are quite a few parking spots on park for night
You had the name slightly back to front - I live nearby. Outsiders often say 'Shrowsbury' but locals generally say Shrewsbury.
Interesting facts about Shrewsbury, no to the stripes
It was lovely to see you doing well and having a nice time ❤❤ I was in Northumberland and you must go to Lindesfarne. Also Bamburgh Castle.

loved the tour of Shrewsbury - gave me ideas for some friends visiting from the States next month. loved your coverage of Wales and Chester-Shrewsbury - Norfolk would be an interesting change
The Dingle was created by the Shropshire Horticultural Society, and I think it started life a quarry. 🤔 🌻🐈💖
We live in Shrewsbury and when we first our van we spent our first ever night pretty much in the exact same spot as you stayed! 😃 we drive past there basically everyday on our way home from work!
Great vlog once again, and hope you come back to Shrewsbury (ew not oh!😅) again! 😂
Where is it, do you have what3words? I live in Oswestry and often stay overnight in Shrewsbury after salsa dancing
We had lots of great family holidays in oct on the norfolk broads. Left Scotland in boots and duffel coats and arrived by trains shedding until we were in t shirts
brilliant love watching your channel !
I’ll have a look for it,hopefully it’s on TH-cam
I have flora marmite and nutritional yeast on my crumpets. But they have to be really cooked, burnt cooked.
Sarah it looked like you hurt your finger opening the water bottle. Not sure I want one of those. 😂😂
Nick you really look like your Mum. ❤❤
Got to be x2 on a number 3 in the toaster for me ❤❤
Hi again you 4 , nice to see some smiles following your tough times .
I like the one stripe but sorry not 2 but it's your van you do what you both want. X x
Personally, I would say no to stripes. If you are going to Northumberland, you could stop off on the way for a day in Whitby. You made Shrewsbury look interesting.
Whitby is lovely & Hadleys fish & chip shop is amazing …..all locally caught & if I remember correctly you can take the doggies in. Xxxx
Have a visit to Suffolk on the way - so beautiful along the Stour valley.
@@pearlupthejunction Norwich has a good energy and some lovely flint faced buildings and churches 😊
@@pjwhuk8 exactly 👍
Holkham beach, one of the finest in the UK, perfect for the doggies. Wells next the sea which is adjacent is also worth a visit
Another brilliant video, whatever you do you make the videos so enjoyable. You are a truly wonderful couple with two lovely doggies.
Shrewesbury is a beautiful place and your walk and commentry was so interesting.
Looking forward as usual to the next video. Love to you both (and the doggies)
Ken
Yep, we've heard of Charles Darwin!!
Hi I look forward to seeing you every week.keep it up xx
In Norfolk visit Little Snoring and Great Snoring near Fakenham, just because they are great names.
Bugger we are going to mundesley on the 9th oct go to trimingham beach dog friendly and a nice drive down .
