difficult night last night dealing with life's curveballs...woke up and put this on and I felt a pop in my pelvis when I followed you into the lateral lunge pose at the end which made me want to cry in joy. quite tangibly feeling all this stress and tension leaving my body when I exhaled down. thank you allie for inspiring me to keep going no matter what!
Hadn't done a yoga workout in 2 months and I'm so happy I decided to get one in today. This was a perfect flow for getting back into things. My body feels great, thank you so much!!!

Short and sweet. Thank you. I haven't been feeling well, but feel better today, yet not 100%. This was a nice short practice for me to start moving. I liked the 2 minute yogi recess and I moved from downward dog to plank and back through the time. I feel stronger now. Hopefully, I will continue to feel better throughout the day. I really like yoga with you.

Can u do one for healing I went to see healers they said I had to heal myself. I don’t know what to do my tummy hurts because of all this pain I’m holding inside of me do you have any suggestions I was also told to eat some sort of stick and than someone said buy wheat grass from Ireland months ago and I think I might go back find where to buy it and do it because ahh but yoga has helped me to talk more about it,
