I love this morning flow - really wakes up my body. Before I began I used nasya oil and meditated for 20 minutes, using nadi shodhana breath for 15 minutes. This really centers me and helps me get ready for you. Thank you for being you. You have taught me to love and honor my practice. Namaste!
This sequence awakens, softens, releases tension in the joints just beautifully. Note, with CAREFUL modification, my injured knees gradually loosened. Thank you, Allie.

I love your channel and absolutely adore the energy! I have pretty bad allergies, and during smoke season here in Southern Oregon, Cedar season in Texas and basically all my life, I have terrible post nasal drip that makes me incredibly nauseous. Downward dog, folds, cat cow, anything requiring looking down or being upside down makes it far worse. I’m looking for a morning practice that doesn’t have these poses. I’ve scoured yoga channels. I’ll keep looking thru your videos. Perhaps I could just do a dynamic yoga with less upside down poses. I actually have to stop to keep from getting very sick. Thanks for all your work and I’ll see if I can find different videos of yours to watch.

Thank you!! 😘 I am wanting to start the 30 day pose challenge and I would like to do the 1 pose a day plus a video...I do my practice in the early am (0400) so I want to add this video to the daily pose practice. I'm trying to eliminate extra time I spend choosing a video and want to narrow it down to 3 approx 30 min class that will complement each other and give me a well rounded practice....do you have any suggestions of 2 other videos I could add? I've been doing yoga for a couple of years now and am starting to be successful in practicing daily. I want to do the 30 day challenge since a lot of my yoga sessions I haven't had a live teacher that can give pointers and am afraid I've developed some bad habits...you teach in a way that resonates with me and i know will strengthen my practice 🤗

You could even repeat the entire seven days series four times, so the duration of the 30 pose journey! Hi Angie, totally not odd! These are from a discount store, but I now really love Onzie or Alo Yoga for my bottoms, hope that helps!
