Part 5: • Bubba Sparxxx on 'Whit...
Part 1: • Bubba Sparxxx on Growi...
    --------
In this clip, Shawn Prez started off asking Bubba Sparxxx about getting a deal with Interscope Records, and Bubba explained that he released his independent album two years before signing to Interscope. From there, Bubba spoke about Eminem signing to Interscope two years before him, and he pointed out that before Em, Vanilla Ice was the biggest white rapper. Bubba explained that he saw the pitfalls of being accepted as a white rapper, and he admitted that he had the mindset that there could only be one big white rapper when he saw Eminem. Bubba admitted that Em’s success worried him, but he went on to speak about continuing to go for his dreams. He also spoke about meeting Eminem and he shared a piece of their conversation. Bubba Sparxxx went on to speak about seeing other white rappers get big since him, and he also addressed how the music world has changed for artists.

      Besides the shock Jock shit
Em also had real emotion, real pain and real struggle that millions upon millions that can empathize and connect with . That's the key to his success , longevity and relevance and him maintaining it.

There are pros and cons to both then and now. But overall, now is better. Just for the simple fact, greedy major labels are being cut out of the picture.

All the producers saw dr Dre’s success with Eminem, everyone tried to put out a white rapper. Even Malibus Most Wanted was a movie about whiteboys trying to fit in the hip hop culture. Shit, I remember one fall in school all these white boys I hadn’t seen since the previous school year came back to school dressed all different. 😂😂😂

I like what Bubba and Timbaland were doing during the early 2000s, but I felt he belonged with the Dungeon Family. HIs whole country style during that time was just different coming from a White boy.

Kid Rock was signed by the BDP crew and then put out an album on jive with too short & D Nice as producers. That and the album after it (the polyfuze method) was and remains the illest, realest white boy hip hop ever put out. Rhymed in his own accent.. in the process becoming one of, if not arguably the most influential artist for eminem. (look it up if ya doubt it)

I got a heavy hitters bubba demo on Beale street in Memphis and that junt was bumping. Then his airplane track was playing when I was tooooooo drunk in the backseat. So he's in me.
