    • @davesmith826
      @davesmith826 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @@85eldon I thought two of the yellows were soft. You can't bin Marx for a correctly positioned tackle if his opposite number decides to throw his head into our hooker's shoulder! Watch the highlights in slow motion. At the last minute, Marx moves his head out the way of a head-on collision with the Wallaby runner, who decided he'd run full-steam into Marx with his head being the first point of contact. Here's the crux: if Marx doesn't move his head, he gets red-carded for a head-on collision. If he does, he gets yellow-carded for a shoulder-to-head collision. He literally cannot win and it's the runner, not the tackler, at fault in this situation. It's high time World Rugby addressed this. Players have realised that you can get an opponent sent off simply by running into their shoulder with your head. It's not a wise strategy but it can gain you an advantage.

    When I saw the boys singing the anthem; I knew. Being South African, you could just see every man in the line-up we're waiting to make an extremely impacted wave of pain. I love how we implemented physicality and free-flowing, unrelenting speed, movement, and skills.
    Beautiful.

    I just love your low key 'hyperbole'!Your summary of the game was spot on. I also think the foundation was set in the first few scrums where the S.A. front row pulverised the poor Wallabies. Malherbe was powerful as usual but Ox Nche again demonstrated why he is the BEST loosened in the world, not only in the tight exchanges but in his powerful carries into contact...a wrecking ball of note!

    It seems Rassie never stops trying to improve the Boks game and now even more so with Tony Brown and Sacha at 10. I thought they looked a more complete team than in the RWC but maybe that was parlty due to having so much forward dominance in this game.
    Aside from the Arendse first try I thought the Wallabies actually defended pretty well otherwise it would have been a real blowout.
    Nest week's game will be interesting to see if the Wallabies forwards can be more competitive.
