Age of Apocalypse holds a special nostalgic place in my heart. It was one of the last runs I collected in my teens, before I retired from comic collecting. Joe Madureira was my favourite artist, and I _loved_ that issue 1 chromium cover.

Im 40.. I had the AOA comics. That storyline was awesome. That was war...Plain and simple. Great story. Head sculpt is the same on the comics.. It is awesome

Why do you hate this Wolverine? That's a strong adjective lol. Being 40, I loved the AoA storyline back in the 90's. I had no idea until recently that some people didn't like it. Anyways, I think the overly exaggerated Wolverine hair is cool, red marks on the face, the darker colour scheme, missing a hand; so just curious with what you hate about it? I guess it's everything I just mentioned. That it's not a typical looking Wolverine; akin to Patch, but more extreme.
I will say this figure looks a bit like a bobblehead. The original Legends one had toned back hair, but they went all out for this version. So the Wolverine buck looks pretty small with this one. Just one of those comic designs that doesn't transfer perfectly to an action figure.

I wonder when more Mortal Kombat Spawn's will get released. I tried on the 10th (sold out). Then I was told they would go up on GameStop and Amazon on the 13th. So the night of the 12th, I go on there to find out that they were already sold out. Yep, the 13th thing wasn't true. And I'm certainly not paying more than retail. Here's hoping it becomes available for longer than a few minutes sometime soon.
7:33 - apparently no one that works at any hobby stores knows what Blu-Tack/sticky tack is. Everybody on TH-cam/the internet only mentions the blue stuff; but it's not blue in stores lol. I went to multiple Hobby Lobby's, Michael's, (poor closing down) AC Moore...and they all had that confused dog look when I asked them where it was. I thought that stuff was well-known outside of the action figure community. All I can find is the off white stuff that doesn't work well. So I'm assuming the blue stuff is definitely better. Maybe I'm shooting to high and need to go to Staples or even Walmart. But what I've been using is that double-sided gel tape stuff. It comes in different thicknesses, and usually there's a red backing. All I can say is that stuff works perfectly compared to the weird smelling off white sticky tack. Still want to find some Blu-Tack in an actual store though.

I saw it listed on GameStop, but they've got a release date of April 27th. So I'm guessing there was a very small initial batch released, then the rest are being delayed due to the awful coronavirus. Cause my Monster Venom is in the same boat...still on pre-order. Guess I got lucky with finding a Red Hulk, NECA Big Chap & Annabelle at Target the other day.

I mean, those are pretty important comparisons man. People need to see this stuff. I didn't modify Wolvie but I did put a little bit of lubricant on the torso joint and it improved the range a little.
Apparently when he clawer out cyclops eye the power released was so great that it completely destroyed his hand to the point that it cant come back. I would say that maybe his hand got teleported into whatever universe cyclops accesses with his power, but i think this was before they established that fact.
it was before Wolverine's healing factor was upgraded substantially. It just started to be able to regerenerate after the most gruesome unbelievable injuries. So back then it wasn't a huge shock to think Wolverines arm wouldn't grow back.
I like his hair but face is all wrong, they have never got his head sculpt right, the best one I’ve seen from marvel legends is the new Wolverine 5 pack.
