Super useful tutorial! I had fallen away from the bead wagon after some frustrating experiences with crochet hook beading. You have sent me back still in time for the Summer of Lace and Beads!
Well this is the best tutorial ever!! I watch SO many tutorials and there a ton that are just bad and it's hard to see what's going on. This is so easy to follow and understand. Great job! :)
So glad you enjoyed the tutorial, Annie! But I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the needle through the beads. Are you sure you purchased the correct hook size? Sometimes crochet hook sizes can be confusing - since they're often labeled by a letter, a number, or by millimeters. I used a Boye size 10 / 1.30mm needle (amazon link: a.co/2LhB7uX) It could also be the beads you are using ... depending on the manufacturer, especially if they are handmade, they may not be a true 6/0. If that's the case, just simply size down on the crochet hook. Just some thoughts. I hope this helps! :)
So that's how knitting with beads work, thank you Kristen ❤

This is very helpful. Thank you
Thanks, that was easier than I thought.
Great video! I bought the needle and beads you recommended but the 6/0 beads didn't got through the needle. Help!
