No, the visuals are rendered by a program named nsfpresenter. The program I originally used is Dn-FamiTracker! I used the chips 2A03, VRC6 and MMC5 and ripped the original MIDI to transcribe the music via using the original SPC sound file and vgmtrans and OpenMPT to transcribe the notes.
