Hello @JenniferMaker ! PEN!!! This was a wonderful video, my husband and I watched together. I didn't realise you had a Facebook page so I'm heading over there to join it. I've purchased your book and it is seriously AMAZING. The most detailed step by step book I've ever read. Fantastic and definitely needed by our community. Thank you.
You asked what we would like to make? My husband and I recently lost a very much love relative. Last week at the funeral, the relative's best friend came forward with a t-shirt from 1978 with our uncle's company logo that he'd kept all this time!!! He'd had it mounted in a frame for my husband's cousin. We'd love so much to re-create this logo and shirt for all the men in the family (around 6 or so) and we believe the Cricut Infusible Ink system is our answer.
I've purchased the Easy Press (Large) overnight from Spotlight (Australian website & store) and will purchase the Cricut Maker shortly. When the Infusible Ink supplies are available over here I will purchase what I need. However I don't know HOW to go about making the logo myself. From scratch.
Our uncle lived out in the bush, in a small town. He made a huge contribution to his community when he was alive and when he died, the people in town came out from the businesses, stopped in the street, and stood out along the way as a mark of respect - the whole way to the cemetery. I've never seen anything like it. His business provided for so many in the town as he supported so many kids sporting clubs, helped everyone wherever he could and I noticed at the funeral it wasn't just his age group there - it spanned all age groups. I was so proud and humble all at once. He was amazing.
I need help with this project - if Jennifer doesn't see this message, can anyone in the @Cricut community help me? I know there's lots of smart, knowledgeable ladies in this group!!!
If anyone has taken the time to read this far, thank you. XXX

Thank you Jennifer for your detailed instructions, I truly appreciate it! I just placed a large order from Michael’s which included the shirts, transfer sheets, markers and coasters, however, because I have the original Easy Press and just learned about which Easy Press can be used, I REFUSE to buy one of the new versions (I’m tempted to just return everything I purchased, this is probably a TOTAL deal breaker for me)! I’ve ONLY been a Cricut customer and member for over 17 (seventeen) years and this is the first time I’ve been really disappointed with Cricut (FYI I also own a Cricut Explore Air and the Maker machines, plus at least two of almost every product they’ve ever released/sold)! The infrared thermometer is a wonderful item to have, I use mine with my heat press, GREAT purchase Greg! Thanks though for taking the time to make your projects and record them, along with doing the voice over, to share with all of us, I really appreciate it.

I am one of those people who LOVE to color! I always have. It’s one of those things from childhood that brings back fond memories of my mom. When I was sick I would always get a new box of crayons and coloring book and we would spend time coloring. This is something I passed onto my daughter and now my grandkids. (They all love to color and craft with me.). This would be right up my alley! I was just sitting here watching this and I was thinking that I have all these cool adult coloring books that I love the designs but I don’t really know what to do with them after I color them. I’m thinking that I could trace them with the infusible ink markers and colored them, I could iron them onto a tote or tshirt or what ever I wanted. And like you said, my grandkids could do the same thing. Oh, the possibilities!

Basically you are doing sublimination. The inks are sublimination inks and the coasters are coated with a polymer to absorb the ink gas when heated. Thats why you cover your press area with paper to absorb any bleed from the gas. I'm betting you can use a 100% polyester fabric to press a design on, like, a white polyester t-shirt. You can also buy sublimination blanks to do this technique on. tiles, coasters, keychains, and jewelry pendants. You can't use tiles from Home Depot or Lowes. You can do a hot to warm peel. You don't have to wait till it cools completely. The paper will discolor. Thats normal.

Great video! Thank you! I made my first coasters today. I did use my Easypress 1 for five minutes at its max of 360 degrees. It worked perfectly! Can’t wait to use my pens and markers in addition to the infusible ink sheets I used today.. Fun video. Thanks again.
