    Always put copy paper between your press and your coasters. Infusible ink can transfer to your heat plate and then transfer to your next project if it wasn't protected.

    Definitely keen to find out how to do this on cotton. I really struggle with higher polyester clothing.

      You will only be able to use HTV (heat transfer vinyl)/Iron on, on cotton unfortunately. You can try Easy-Subli, but its quite thick and plasticy so its not always what we are looking for 🙃

    This is so super helpful, Kelly. Thank you!! I just cut a design from a patterned sheet for the 1st time yesterday - haven’t weeded it / transferred it yet but your tips are so timely! I’m a huge fan of Bethany @bethadilly, so cool she helped you with her video! I’ll let you know how my application works - fingers crossed!! You’re an excellent teacher, Kelly!

      @@KellyRossouw sadly it didn’t quite - but I knew going into it that I was taking a risk because although 100% polyester, the shirt is not white. I was hopeful that it would work as it’s roughly a medium shade of mauve. The image is visible but definitely not as vibrant as it should be. Still, a good learning opportunity.

    I love watching your videos they are very helpful.. I do have a question.. could you have used transfer or carrier tape to align all the leaves onto the black sheet at once and in the correct place.. then done the same for the pot so that all the pieces align properly

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much! The transfer sheets or masks, may rip the ink off the top layer of the infusible ink, so I wouldnt recommend it xx

    Good morning, Kelly,
    Have you ever combined infusible ink with a full color sublimation photo on a mug or tumbler?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not yet! I would simply print the colour I need out of the Infusible ink, it would be much easier and quicker to add it on to the design

    Stunning, you really are so creative ❤ May I ask where did you buy your easy press and pressing pillows?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Im not sure where you are from, but the Easy Press is a demo unit as its not yet available in my country (South Africa), and the pressing pillows I got from Amazon: amzn.to/40HPyRr

    Does heating a second time by adding words effect any of the original design?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it will, if you press heat over the part you pressed before it will lighten that section of the design you have already pressed

  • @dthomascful

    What are the other markers that you like if not cricut?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว

      I havent tried any other brands at this point yet, so Im not sure which would be a good alternative. The Infusible Markers do seem to be better than the pens though!
