I started my IFR training, learned a lot with my instructor, and one day I asked to do a real IFR approach and the bottom of the clouds was 1200 ft AGL he told me that he does not fly in the clouds or at night, is TOO dangerous, I thought he was joking but he was serious I dumped him. I need a real CFII to finish my training, let me know if you are available. Great video.
Marcelo DaSilva Agreed! If your CFII is IFR current and the aircraft you’re using for training is IFR capable, conducting approaches in actual IMC aren’t dangerous and, in fact, are desirable to build experience. Your instructor must have learned to fly someplace like Arizona where there’s rarely ever any IMC - I can’t get over how you can earn an instrument ticket without ever flying in actual conditions! If you ever find yourself near Tallahassee, drop me a line.

This isn't good for all cylinders being replaced with new ones Troy!! Why doesn't Textron get a complete deal on a Continental fresh overhaul of a new Factory engine which would be great.
Bernard Anderson What would be ideal would be having the option of putting new Superior Millennium cylinders on a Continental factory reman. Unlike Continental jugs, I have yet to see a bad review!
