i love repetitive ‘mundane and boring’ videos!!! It’s so comforting watching someone also living a normal uni life and my favourite videos of yours are your uni vlogs!
Life can’t always be exciting. The vast majority of people live “boring”, mundane lives but that’s just how it is. Influencers have warped people’s perceptions of what life is actually like for young people. Your vlogs are cosy and youre just really down to earth which is refreshing
Honestly, how mean of these people to comment that your life was boring. Like, why are they even watching if they find it boring and second, you spend so much time editing your video and it’s about romanticizing daily life, so there is nothing boring about it. Like, what are their expectations if a video is called day in my life in Edinburgh or whatever. This IS just a day in the life. Literally don’t understand the problem. 😂
i love mundane!!! i hate when influencers start to become not relatable to the rest of us. your content is amazing not only in content but also the footage and the editing ❤
I have watched your videos for years Nayna, and I agree with so many of the other comments - I watch your videos for the simplicity and comforting vibe that they give off. It’s so refreshing to watch someone so genuine and just a ‘normal’ day in someone’s life. I absolutely love your editing style too, it feels like I’m watching a mini movie!! Take care of yourself 🫶🏻
Just wanted to say, I started watching your vlogs/videos back when you studied in Edinburgh. Why I loved your videos ever since, is the comfort, calmness and energy that you spreading through your videos.🌟💗 And the magic of you capturing small or bigger moments in your daily life.🫶🫶 Thank you Nayna and I wish you all the best luck on your masters studies!!🥰💖
Currently in third-year of undergrad. I used to watch you regularly a few years ago when you were doing undergrad but stopped. But now I'm back craving for content like yours, its so peaceful, calming and motivating tbh to a student like me. Also loved that you talked about your courses etc, super interesting since I'm a humanities student myself, would love regular updates on things you find interesting academically.
i love that your videos are so "mundane." i think there is a lot of beauty and magic to be found in the mundane. i find your content to be so soothing and comforting (i'm a masters student as well). some creators are fun to watch, but sometimes i get frustrated with how unattainable that kind of lifestyle can be. the majority of our generation is not going to brand events/trips/fancy dinners, so your content is so so refreshing and appreciated.
I have always loved watching your uni vlogs & I'm finally going to uni this year which is making me want to rewatch your old uni vlogs haha! But also my friends & I always talk about how refreshing it is to watch the "boring, mundane" stuff because it is so relatable, so often when influencers or youtubers get really famous then they quit their jobs or stop studying & it becomes so unrelatable to the rest of the world
loved this video so so so much, Nayna. These types of calm, mundane vlogs are so comforting and provide such a safe space. Thank you so much for posting, and I wish you all the best with your uni work!!❤
I espacially love your everyday-vlogs!! You're literally my fav TH-camr so please don't worry so much about "boring" videos, because your videos are always so calming and beautiful to watch.
aww nayna!! i love these sort of videos so much! i loved your uni vlogs before (since 2021) and im so glad these sort of vlogs are back!sending you lots of love and good luck for a wonderful year :)
As a musician, i just want to say how lovely it was to see you tag your music in the description! Fell in love with Ben's song and was hoping to find out who it was.. you made it so simple. Hope your masters goes well Nayna, you helped me get through mine :)
Don't mind about other saying your video is repetitive and boring. If they find it boring, they should just leave. As a college student I know this is the just the life we actually have. Right now I am sitting in the library in my uni watching your video and I am grateful to see someone is with me.
Hi Nanya 💌 Firstly, I love your videos and the way you are able to share your life and make ordinary things beautiful. Don’t let people talk you down, you have plenty more people who love your videos!! I’ve been a silent watcher for years, but the quality content you produce is so heartwarming. Also, yay for the public health representation! I studied Global Health and International Development for my bachelors and am now moving on to my Masters in Public Health. So awesome to see someone as cool as you going down a similar path. 🫶🏻LOVED the sit down chat about health, development and gender!!! I always write my papers on it too haha. My bachelor’s thesis was on menstrual health equity. Keep up the important work! 💪🏻💕
Such interesting topics to talk about Nayna, the fact that society disregards the plus job that women do have at home. It's something that people sadly do not talk that much about. Thank you :)
its the womans choice though. @@telmamlc you say ''the job women have at home'' - you are saying its a ''womans job'' to do everything at home'' - its not, its their choice, they choose that life.
I take comfort in what you are doing, it’s nice to see that other people are plodding along and getting on with their life. I like seeing you prepare food , it always gives me ideas. 🤗
been watching your vids since the beginning of your undergrad! Super cool what you're doing now and love it when you share it with us, but more importantly your mundane everyday life is very relevant to my own and will always be something that i love about your content :)
I always love videos that do show the mundane aspects of life. In their own ways, they're super interesting and comforting. As someone who is studying for A-Levels, I really enjoy university vlogs and chats because it shows me my next step and that's really exciting for me! Thank you for your content ❤❤❤
Nayna, I love love your videos! Its very relatable, calming, like youre having a facetime with us! I've been following your journey before Edinburgh and still am watching it now because I reeally love the vibe you project in each videos! Keep it up girl!
your videos are such a comfort to me & have been for the past 5 years!!! as someone who dreams of moving to london eventually, i am especially excited about these glimpses into your current era
even though your videos capture the 'mundane' things in life, they are always so visually pleasing! I also love your editing style and I truly missed watching your vlogs 💌✨
Hi Nayna, it was so nice to see you talking about your masters programme and courses at LSE. Im an incoming postgrad student in the same department and would live to see more of your study routine and tips for LSE. Also you’re drop dead gorgeous and my current girl crush 🐥🐣
Hey Nayna! Absolutely adore your uni vlogs - they're like a comforting escape to normalcy. Life's not always about grand adventures, and your down-to-earth content is so refreshing. Thanks for sharing this cozy slice of reality! 🌟❤
Nayna, you're literally one of my favourite TH-camrs, so I'll watch anything you post 🥲 I really don't mind the mundane vibes, my life is literally like that as well so it's nice seeing that it's real for others too 🫶 Good luck with the spring term! 💪
I love your videos . This was amazing as always . ESP as a high school student , pretty much just goes to school and studies . It’s so realistic. We are all either at school or uni or have work . Not everyday is exciting . Most days are normal. So please continue making them❤
I’ve seen quite a few vloggers recently being self conscious about how “mundane” they are. We need mundane, please keep sharing and keep going, we need to feel normal, mundane helps with that.
Your casework essay rang bells for me. Thanks for looking at this topic. I’m a teacher who was working full time but had to stop to care for ill son/disabled sister and elderly Mum. I now tutor GCSE English/English Lit and have set up my own business but it has been hard and there is no allowance available for someone like me. Looking at care in general would be a great dissertation as there is an explosion in need, but pay for care workers is awful. My disabled sister is in care and recently there are moves to centralise care back to large institutions for the disabled, she lives independently. The move back to institutions would be detrimental to health and well-being not to mention how unscrupulously providers would operate. I have loads of ideas if you want a sounding board!!!! 😂
i loved this video nayna! the cuts and camera angles felt really creative, which i totally enjoy atm 🩷 people don’t make yt videos for the right reasons anymore.. but i think that you’re actually passionate about creating these pockets of time for us to enjoy and relate to.. it makes me feel less alone to see that i’m not the only person on this planet living a mundane and repetitive life.. it’s the name of the game right? thanks for posting! hope you have the best week xo
hi nayna! i study international relations in the states and hope to apply to LSE in the future for a masters. what you study sounds super interesting i'd love to be directed to any helpful sources you referred to when applying!
I really appreciate this video. In my continent we are in summer so everybody is traveling, going to the beach and doing fun stuff and me... I study everyday at the library, it's a repetitive rutine but as you say there was a time for a crazy life too. Thanks❤
The consultation project sounds really important and interesting, it’s amazing you had the opportunity to be involved in it! I’m from Indonesia, and it is true that the healthcare workers in my country generally do not have the best remuneration and support, despite them working really hard and their jobs obviously being extremely important. If you have a link to the project results or any other updates, please do share 😊
Also a grad student and also have a mundane life. I mean, I live abroad which is exciting, but honestly my day to day life is just me riding the bus to uni, doing uni and coming home like 9 hours later.
Anyone else actually prefer these 'normal life' vlogs? I often subscribe to youtubers who do these sorts of videos as soon as they start making money (from us viewers) and their videos turn so unrelatable and clickbate, I usually get fed up and unsubscribe. Look for a new channel and the cycle continues 😂
Sorry to disturb But are there channels you can recommend that have people doing a masters at LSE in Accounting or Finance or business in general Have been trying to find one but i just cant get. I'll really appreciate your help Thanks!

I rewatch my fav vlogs haha, they’re so comforting!

I simply love 'simple' videos; I don't get why every video has to be outrageously special & life-altering

loved this video so so so much, Nayna. These types of calm, mundane vlogs are so comforting and provide such a safe space. Thank you so much for posting, and I wish you all the best with your uni work!!❤
The bit about what you're studying in the new term was so interesting! loved hearing about it since I'm hoping to study economics in uni as well
Love the mundane, regular vlogs :) very relatable as a uni student in London!

it’s the little daily things that make life beautiful, so thank you for consolidating that in your videos 🫶

this is exactly how my days look like, and I love them! thank you for making me feel represented haha :)

why just womens job at home and not mens?
@@maneskinnnnn7190 majority of the work at home, unfortunately, is made by women. That’s what I meant :)
