Modern isn’t normally my style but I have mad respect for the designer on this one, I’d love to stay a night or two here!!
The colors make this design pop and the fact that each unit comes together in its own special way. The orange decore brings out the inside. The furniture compliments the entire space.

I love the idea of a house that looks like a toy village. Even if Monument House is too modern/avant-garde for me, it has a cool, fun look.

This is a cool place and the tall ceilings add to the ambiance. Pebble flooring though .... Interesting choice. I like the look of it, but it seems like it would be uncomfortable to walk on.
It's actually can be soothing to the feet. That's why so many people have a peeple stone floor in their showers.
But as he mentioned, the slippers are there for those who don't care for the floor underfoot.
@@robinhollenbeck367 Did not realize that but I have never walked on this kind of flooring for an extended period. It looks like the pebble flooring runs throughout the entire house rather than just the bathroom which means constant exposure to it. Nice that slippers are provided.

Hire someone to write your dialogue. Words like really really neat, super cool, insane view, way to many repetitive words, stating the obvious "here in the bathroom is the toilet and shower", "here in the bedroom, you have the bed in the middle"😂😂😂 and one of my favorites, mountainside view overlooking a spectacular valley and mountainous horizon and you say, "this insane view overlooking the buildings and roads."
This looks exactly like fake middle eastern villages we use to train in the Army

People are used to standard structures. Bit of deviation is acceptable. But quite different or radical very few find it acceptable
It immediately turned me off of the design when he mentioned the floors weren't comfortable to walk on and you had to wear slippers everywhere.....like why build a home/guest house where you can't walk on the floors without slippers on????
@@nnooaahhnnooaahhthat's interestimg critique as in my experience, all Americans wear their shoes indoors unless their of Asian descent. Actually even complain about having to take them off in private homes abroad.
Sorry, this is probably my least favorite house ever. Usually love the houses you show though 😊
