Funniest thing about him to me is he never celebrates goals. Lad will score a Puskas winner and be like yeah ok whatever
His famous quote, does a mailman celebrate when he delivers a package 😂😂😂
He said he cannot celebrate to do what he is paid to do😂.
Not celebrating is his celebration. Also there are plenty of times when he did celebrate. The colder the goal, teh less likely he will celebrate as he wants to appear as cool as possible.
As an Italian, the overriding feeling is what a waste of an unbelievable talent. Mario could've been so much more.
He had fun and he did it his way, with a lot of money at the end and a fan base until now. So I'd say he's fine.
I'm Brazilian and he reminds me a lot of Ronaldinho. Incredible player to watch but very frustrating overall bc you feel like they could've accomplished much more.
@@ThePedroppz Dude do not compare Balotelli and fuckin Ronaldinho... Ronaldinho is a legend who got more people into football than I can imagine, a world cup, champions league, la liga winning legend... a true icon... even people who don't like football enjoy watching ronaldinho. Do not compare them! Balotelli isn't fit to tie ronny's boots
@@benneywenney The comparison is not at the footballing level, it's more on the human/behavior side and how it created similar outcomes for both men. Dinho and Mario have pretty similar personalities indeed.
Hell, Dinho have even served prison time and is now technically broke. Mario is not even playing footy anymore.
@@user-zb8ss9xb1b What is money in comparison of being one of the greatest of all time? He could've easily reach that level, with a little more brain...
The last goal was insane. I also did not know he had so good freekicks
The man had everything: skills, power, speed, freekicks, dribbling, penalties and cold-blooded in front of goal.
Such a waste, man..
It's a waste of talent for sure, but he'll be okay hahaha
The audacity to pull that off... ridiculous.
His time in Milan was very good he scored a lot of goals, took milan to top 3 or 4 for ucl.
Legit one of the worst free kick takers in Europe at the time.
Edit: I actually went back and checked. He scored 8 goals from 194 free kicks. One of the worst marks ever from 2006 onwards
Balotelli is the epitome of "You're not saving that"
And the definition of “hello you naughty little fuck”
Actually most of the goals in in this compilation are goalkeeper mistakes and poor goalkeeping in subpar leagues like Turkey or France. When he played in England he scored a few goals but certainly didn’t bring the roof down
@@colinzergiebel7726 mate maybe a few but even then he shot the ball so hard it didnt matter. English league is not some golden standard. Haaland went there and scores his most goals ever. Keepers make mistakes in every league
@@nahh-iwould-win no one said that the premier league is a golden standard but it certainly way above the French or Turkish league. Like mentioned before a lot of those goals are just really poor goalkeeping. He scored some screamers in his career but that he’s “the epitome of you’re not saving that”…that’s a big stretch
@@colinzergiebel7726 people like you make this world boring
He's like Ronaldinho. It's part of his personality that personifies his football. He's not a wasted talent, he's simply Balotelli.
Best comment
I dont like comments but you deserve it
No one would say that Ronaldinho was a wasted talent, so no one should say it about him
But well he is somehow
Ronaldinho is still a legendary player though. Instead Balotelli feels like he could have been a legend like Ibrahimovic but underachieved
How the f my man ronaldinho was everything from mudial to champion's league to balandor and he is a legend
Bro was so powerful yet so damn precise. Keepers didn't even react most of his goals.
Yeah what strikes me, it's the control.
Like, the long distance shots are all just exactly as powerful as they need to be, never more.
He doesn't smash them, he places _and weights_ each shot.
The last great italian striker
i fucking love this man. watching him score so many of these live was a privilege
How every single shot is directed at corners of the net... That's not just talent but sheer hardwork and practice...
also the fact this is a highlight reel
@@jerevesterinen6777 even in comparison to other highlight reels that i see all the time... It stood out in this one
And today's footballers shoot straight into keeper's hands. Unbelievable.
Be serious my friend, balotelli and hardwork are two different things
@@danid9918 what you see in a match is 90 minutes of the man... It takes a hell lot of work to get to those 90
The way he doesn't celebrate make the goals that much better
The shoulder tap-in goal was disrespectful lol
Too cold
Actually iconic and crazy, i think no one has ever done that
He had a fifa street backflash
He had a fifa street backflash
@@Solid_Snake88 pretty sure ronaldo has scoree with his shoulder before
He was a complete striker. Big, strong, athletic, skilled and made sweet connection with the ball every single time. Biggest could’ve been story in the history of the sport.
So much force and precision with such little wind-up
At 24 years he had already scored 13 goals for italian team. There aren’t players like him in the history of italian football.
He had/has it all - speed, power, accuracy, technique, precision and confidence. One of the best penalty takers in history as well. It is crazy that he literally won it all like Champions League, many Serie A titles, Coppa Italia, Super Cup, Premier League, FA Cup and we can go on and on yet many think he still had the potential to win even more. His skills are as great as anyone's. Insane talent!
His final goal in this video is like it's from FIFA Street haha, absolutely incredible.
Brought a huge smile to my face
The far best right foot of all time. Power, precision, technique, just perfection. He shoots like a robot, not human.
*Juninho Pernambucano has entered the chat*
@@PauliReinert winning french leagues😂 not all like Balotelli
An unbelievable goal catalogue. Outrageous!
Balotelli was a ridiculous talent.
When I go back to his time at Inter I think he's absolutely one of the most talented young strikers I have ever seen. I though he would reach Henry's level.
He had it all. Brilliant pace, strength, technique, power, finishing, even free kicks...
But already when he left Inter he started declining and his focus started to get lost.
He already lost some pace when he got to City, but was still very quick. When he left City though, he just didn't have any outstanding pace left. Was a very static, lazy striker who almost played like a number 10 positionally.
Yeah. Never ever bothered about physical training, neither about putting in the effort to play with the team without the ball.
Big big regrets but hey he lifed the life that he wanted to, it's not for us to blame him.
Would love to see him in the current Italy team still he always brought that unpredictable quality and could create magic moments like in this vid
His goals are so satisfying to watch
One of the most lethal striker of modern football. The scorer and the personality are both missing ❤️🔥
Hardly. He didn't even score once every 2 matches. He's the posterboy for wasted talent. Could of been one of the great ones if he had a better attitude.
@@zendiz6168 Or maybe if he had a better coach...
@@IaloneAmTHEChoppedONE maybe you'd write better comments with a better brain
@@IaloneAmTHEChoppedONE😂🤡
@@IaloneAmTHEChoppedONE Ah yes because Jose Mourinho and Roberto Mancini are the problem not Balotelli
and still to date the last time Italy scored a goal at a world cup it was Balotelli. Yes you read it right.
Thats actually crazy.
Forgotten wonderkid💔
i think he will never be forgotten
Didn’t know man was a FK specialist
fr
He and pato are still driving me crazy to these days, they were special and yet they failed
Yeah, both were elite talents and one of the bigges failed talents I have ever seen.
But for different reasons.
Pato got ruined after many big injuires... He was barely able to play because of those.
Balotelli just hat horrible mentality and his focus proggresivelly shifted away from football as he got older. Was at his best at Inter when 20-21 probably.
@@siberianTiger639 Pato's injuries were kind of self-inflicted... I don't know if it was the medical staff or his girlfriend that told him to start eating weights, but his legs could not handle his larger size.
failed? depends how you look at it. Balotelli came from an extremely poor family who had to leave him to foster care because they didn't have money for his health care. Despite that and racial abuse he was getting he managed to become a millionaire doing what he loves. He represented Italy in 30+ games winning the euros silver with them. Played in best clubs like City, Liverpool, Inter, Milan with whom he won some domestic trophies. Think before you call somebody a failure
@@MrPanSzymon Athletically he failed considering the massive amount of talent he had. He could've become a top 5 forward of all time but preferred to do stupid shit instead of focusing on his game.
@@MrPanSzymon He failed becoz at the still tender age of 25-26 he lost all passion for the game and played terribly for big clubs. I mean I'm one of the biggest Homer for Balotelli, having seen his rise during his young tenure at Inter. But there's a case that he wasted his talents when he could have done more during his supposedly peak athletic age. I'm happy he did well in subsequent clubs after he left AC Milan, and I'll have fond memories of Euro 2012 performance.
He had something everyone lacks today, and thats the balls of steel to shoot those shots
in the last goal the defender almost got dizzy😂😂
He’s gotta have some of the best whip+power combo I’ve seen. That power in the finesse shot is incredible, I think his slight “over” exaggeration of his left arm/shoulder on his right foot shot helps achieve that.
He had everything to be a Ballon d'Or winner, so sad his liifestyle made him get lost in his career.
He didn't have everything. Never listened, poor discipline haha
@@wassim9763 He wasn't professional, but in terms of real talent, it was one of the greatest talents I've ever seen. If he had the mentality of Cristiano or Messi, would have been compared to them.
@@alex.ann_der he could be like top 10 or top 5 players of 2000's for sure
Nice to see some fairly recent goals. Form is temporary, class is forever
I did not notice before how insane Balotelli is as a long range finisher. Damn.
If only his ears heard what the coaches had to say 😂
Yeah it’s clear he was very talented
Had a smile watching this, love this guy
Such a beautiful strike at 4:00
Technique so similar to Henry when striking the ball
Could have been one of the most completed strikers ever. Strength, weak foot, height, pace skills, finishing.. he even had decent passing and link up play
Unfortunately his personality got in his way just like Cassano’s did. Had he been easier to work and play with, Balotelli would be in the conversation as one of the greats of his generation.
For a guy that supposedly flopped,he had a pretty interesting career
thanks for the video
Dangerous ballo
Balobombaaa!!!
his personality with it is everything, so nonchalant about it all 😭
There’s an insane free kick he once scored against Rubin Kazan I think !
I couldn't find any half-decent footage of it
240p top quality
He and Adriano are proof that incredible talent is nothing without mental health. They could've been among the best strikers in history of football.
The original Geodude.
No hay uno que no sea un pinchaco 👏🏼
Fucking Mario Balotelli
If he just had a little bit more interest in his game, we would be talking about one of the best strikers in history
Dude shot from every angle
Superb placements.
he was so good, and so much fun to watch. and completely bonkers. why always him, indeed?
what a monster
i expected his freekick against rubin kasan
Yeah big omission
When he hit the ball, in my mind I hear: “hadouken!”
Very nice vid. I subscribe.
This dude’s shot power looks like he turned his game sliders turned all the way up holy shit
He did score super goals.
What a player
He made most of the goalkeepers look like they were straight from old PES games.
He's always beating keepers high to the near post man.
You should ve put his goal against germany 1 st , that goal is so underated but when you look at it from the replay and see all the details in the goal ......
Nothing beats that pedalada+rabona goal. Only someone with a loose screw like him could pull it off. Insane 👌👌🙌🙌🙌
@@VictorC8 Ye but still , a goal in the semi-final of euros against germany with all their stars in their prime doesn't have the same weight as an avg turkish team
It's not underrated, everyone like neuer was stunned by that goal.
@@dingo702 I've never seen in be in a top 100 goals vids or somewhere else other than looking up for the goal its self
@@ilyassesqas1139 maybe not but it's an excellent goal in a match where Germany were clear favorites and Balotelli put in a world class performance
Watching this I didn’t know he had such good technique
Curve it like Beckham?! You mean like Ballotelli! Man that man can curve it in perfect 😮
superior 🐐
His finishing is the best I've ever seen
This guy is top 5
Unreal to think this mans peak was Euro 2012.
What could have been...
As italian I'm surprised to read so many comments comparing him to Ronaldinho and basically none comparing him with his comrade Antonio Cassano with whom he shares much more in my opinion.
Balotelli was one of the perfect striker ever come to field but his management was horrible
Maybe he was just a bit of a bellend
His Motivation is gone.
Jack Grealish is a bellend but plays well.
Absolute rocket
He destroyed us in our own country.. But I have to respect his skills. Great striker
last goal, has to be one of the most humiliating in soccer history
He’s like Brazilian Ronaldo + Zlatan + Ronaldinho
Balotelli was a set piece specialist
Balo had just one problem, his massive ego that ruined everything. Biggest what if in football history
What a stricker
Baller!
He and Adriano are definitely one of the biggest "What if" mystery in football history if they take care of themself, train and diet seriously, discipline and love themselves more rather than always all out all wastes all nighter parties with friends...
Even during Euro 2024 in Germany, few people encountered Mario wasted drunken laid on asphalt junction with his friends 😂
If this guy worked himself well in training he could've achieved another level of football
De los mejores
Balotelli’s pov: It’s gonna go in anyway why dribble when you can shoot from where you stand 😠
Naasty goalss

Man can hit the top right corner in his sleep
The rare case when football talent is directly proportional to stupidity of the person.
Pensate cosa avrebbe potuto combinare se si fosse impegnato al 100% nel suo lavoro
If he had the right mentality he would have been better than Ronaldo phenomenon
VEM PRO CORINTHIANS ÍDOLO
So talented. If only he wasn't such a loon. You need characters in football, but like so many super talented players, never reached his full potential.
He scored goals as if he was using 100% of his brain
