Nice that it so quiet that you can actually hear the birds chirping and there's calm, quiet, no rush, no traffic, few people and it's cleaner. In December of 2019 I was there: it was so loud with horns constantly honking and the sirens of emergency vehicles and the sidewalks were jammed. Nice change. Been there twice this month and it does feel more like the Manhattan of I Am Legend,
