Aight, so quick backstory. The old guy at the end was Eggmans grandfather Gerald Robotnik. He was executed by firing squad in the games so it's interesting to see that he's alive here
@@ItsUncleBen96 oh wow, wonder if that is a setup for another sequel or if it plays a big part in this movie. I’d imagine what will most likely happen is Gerald becoming the main threat with sonic, tails, knuckles, shadow and possibly robotnik needing to take him down 🤔

@@zaneidaos8012 yeah but the possibility still exists. Maybe he was grown in that lab 🤔 Doubt it but shadow looks perfect in here. Gotta here more of Keanu’s voice but his design is flawless, his teleportation looks great and the air shoes are amazing! Seems like they’re going with the classic shadow backstory which hopefully will inject some darkness into the movie that makes shadow feel even more formidable.
@@Keizi Not fully his classic story, there are differs. For exemple: Gerald's lab on earth, not in space, and I presume Maria will die in explosion, because we saw them in the ruins of building. And I have some theory about plot...
@@zaneidaos8012 yes indeed. But you never know what these studios are going to do when adapting characters. Sometimes theyre extremely accurate and other times they dont respect the characters at all. Glad to see shadow is getting most of the love he deserves from this trailer!!
If they manage to emotionally affect audience with Shadow's backstory it's very possible to win different sorts of awards. I'm not sure how far in terms of drama they allowed themselves to go. If you try and remember, none of characters actually cried in previous 2 movies. If they are not gonna make them cry or be emotional in 3rd movie it's just not gonna work well. But we'll see. 10 million $ per line with Keanu?xD I hope it's some kind of silly joke because he got 5 million $ for all lines in the movie.
