@@HugoVermello Do you have absolute pitch? Because when I hear the song, I recognize that the tone sounds gorgeous, but I am unable to discern how many notes there are in a particular melisma.
@@DailyInspiration-2023 Oh no, I don’t have absolute pitch! If you are new to transcribing music, I’d suggest you start practicing with a simple melody that you are very familiar with. Try to match each note with the notes on an instrument (you can use any piano app as well). Write everything down and then play it along the original to look for any mistakes. It’s all about listening and regular practice! With time, the process will become easier, faster, and your transcriptions more accurate on the first run!
All of 1997s performances except for oprah were good maybe not as great as 1996 but you could still clearly hear the resemblance and her rasp wasn't bad at all. 1998 tho is where things really started changing. Thats why a lot of lambs still consider 97 as a part of her prime
@@LaeeqaJardien yeah right but here i wasn’t even talking about ease or rasp. more so the fact that she displayed a good technique. she was focused on every note. the transitions, the stamina, the healthy vibrato, the tone; the textures, the emotions !!
Lol it wasn't. She was squeezing everything above A4, some phrases were chopped because she had to breath between them, the lower notes were airy and shaky. Also, whispering at this level can be considered a vocal fault
i didn’t even notice them 😭 i had to rewatch. they’re faint and muffled. but she ate the low notes. even her A3s sound so full here. it’s so funny, cause her voice is lower-set but she still has her soprano moments where she puts effort on an A3. she doesn’t neglect any note, queen of technique 😌 update : they’re actually audible
ouu i’d like to know how you edit 👀 cause the post u made on insta included the video. is ur showcase tool (piano) preset? or do u directly add it to the the video/picture ?
I create my motion graphics on top of the videos! However, since TH-cam blocks footage from certain famous TV shows like SNL, I ‘paste’ a photo over the video to avoid these issues, as a result, I end up with two versions: a preview for all my social media that includes the video, and a full version for TH-cam that contains only a photograph (:

Could you please share with me how to match vocals with their respective notes on the piano? Is there software that can do this? Thank you.
@@DailyInspiration-2023 This is not an app! I transcribe by ear and then create the motion graphics myself 🙌

Mother truly gave her all on this performance
we don’t realize it but this performance is a technical masterclass, especially for 1997

It’s the look, the vocals, the point she had to prove!! Top 3 performances by her
almost identical to her studio version
Honey chile this ain’t even in the top 10 of her live performances.
@@Gievyjihmm why not?
@@jeremyechols6828 because cb and teom eras exist?? Ntm her entire career from 1990-1996 is littered with iconic performances.

Yay, a vocal showcase of this incredible vocal performance!
Oh my god, this song ranges from C#3 to E5. What in the vocal range?
Lol well the studio version is B2-F5.
All Mariah songs require 2+ octaves
Wow. Crazy agility!
Could you do it for "butterfly live"?
Vocalista❤️
OMG its si good!
Oh My God, She's amazing!
Brilliant ❤
Difficult song😂
Please make the showcase of her singing vision of love at Arsenio Hall in 1990, where she's wearing a red dress 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

What is the key?
F# minor
@@HugoVermello Thanks
Those C#3 are just AIR, AIR, AIR....IT IS NOT A NOTE
It is a note, but it's sung in a breathy register.
