Purpose of the Event:
This competition aimed to:
1. Set the tone for 2025 by reviewing achievements from 2024 and sharing our vision for the year ahead.
2. Introduce new lifters to the rules and structure of IWF competitions, helping them reduce stress and nerves in official events.
3. Build team spirit and foster team support, creating a positive environment for lifters.
4. Give a glimpse into the competitive journey for those enrolled in the beginners’ course, showcasing their potential if they continue in weightlifting.
Post-Competition Highlights:
The event concluded with our AGM meeting, where the club’s 2025 plans were discussed, and members shared ideas for further growth.
