@@TechNuovo Yep I got the same brand but with a charging dock way better than the other one that you unboxed but I tried every usbc cable in my house it didint charge but thanks for the tip man +1 sub❤️

I cannot say I did and I'm still using it now. I have not done a firmware update either.

This is why competition is important, while Logitech and Razer are scamming yall with 100$ price tag, competitors provide thesame with less pricing.
Couldn't agree more. Now I've been given the chance to explore this brand a bit, I'm never going back to the big brands. Too expensive.

Faulty cable or faulty mouse maybe. RMA it to where you purchased it from might be the best bet.

It’s wireless, switch it to 2.4 at the top and open the compartment near the bottom of the mouse to find the dongle inside
