Sired a KY Oaks winner (Secret Oath) and now a Belmont Stakes winner (Arcangelo) in only 3 crops before his untimely passing May 31, 2020. The question of “what could have been” will go unanswered forever. Might have ended up being one of the most prolific sires of all time. Team Jena is great, the story is wonderful, but ARROGATE must always be remembered and acknowledged!

Still waiting to see her whole reaction and little observations for the whole race, but the few times I've watched her stretch run call I get ridiculously emotional every time. And I have no idea who she is. Such a special race in the annals of its history.
Every single horse is loved no matter the level they run there's a story behind each the press or msm wants to paint a different picture there's people who want to destroy horse racing and it's unfortunate many don't understand the passion involved on every backside of tracks. Cheeers
@@caseG80 I think a majority of people would like to see horse racing made better in order to improve the lives and health of the horses. A good start would be to agree to not race horses until their bones have fully matured at 5 - 6 years of age. That one change would eliminate a lot of the breakdowns on the track and give horse racing a much better reputation, I believe.

Wonderful to see a woman horse trainer win. And what she said about if you cannot find a sit at a table make your own, she is right. I will remember that. And a Gray horse too, they usually do not win Give Arcangelo a huge hug and a big dinner. And his jockey, he was wonderful.
This woman is really inspiring. I read that she kissed the horse after the race. I was hoping for footage of that. I had to leave the house as soon as he crossed the finish line and didn't get to see the presentation or anything.

Arcangelo was a fantastic race horse. For the past 8 years he is one of the few who won another race after winning an american classic. No doubt he wouldve won the BC Classic.
