Great video! I've been growing a hibiscus in my backyard for 2years now. I suffer from high blood pressure and depression, but I had no idea that the hibiscus could help with this! Thank you for the educational video!
Hibiscus is a natural ph indicator...adding acidic lemon juice turned it into vibrant red...and if any basic solution was added it would have turned dark green or black...
GOD bless you for this. Everyone keeps telling me this is the same as Sorrel and it is not. I had this in egypt and been searching for recipe. Gonna try your way and pray it takes me back to my memory of the the Karkadi (spelling)
yeah very true :) ! Though it doesn't matter but even if she didn't put on plant we would still watch . It's better to keep things normal no one will complain.
Your video is very good and easy to understand and follow. You managed to convey the exact message for this video and I think that is all that matters. Well done and keep educating us. 🇬🇭
Very nice, thank you. I like how you tell to be careful if you have low blood pressure. I have high, blood pressure and take a pill with potassium to lower it, so I should be careful about drinking this tea. But I want to stop this medication. This tea will be helpful.
Hibiscus is the general name for a range of plants including Rose-of-Sharon, mallow, and tropical hibiscus. Can you be specific, exactly which flower can be used for tea?
@@shirleyhopkins1037 I used that hibiscus water for my hair. Simply filled in a spray bottle and used over my hair after shampooing. For skin, used in making diy face scrubs. Added with some rice flour.
I should have shown that. All you have to do is remove the green part at the bottom and the yellow stamen which has the seeds. Now wash the leaves with water.
Do you have to use flowers in full bloom, or is it okay if you use some that are a bit wilted? I've never tried this before and I have a couple od hibiscus plants, but I can't bring myself to cut flowers in full bloom...
When do we have to drink this tea.... before food or after food.....and how many times can we drink this a day??? And can we drink this tea everyday???
I have so many Hibiscus (Gumamela in Filipino) in the garden and I did not realize until now that I could put it to good use. Thank you.
