I remember when we had the Blackberry Mojito Tea Lemonade at Starbucks! It was so good. We used to make it with the Zen tea from Tazo. It's a green tea with lemongrass, verbena and spearmint. We added blackberries and blackberry syrup and shook it with lemonade. So good!
A tip for brewing iced tea: brew at double strength and pour directly over the ice. It will water down as the ice melts and then you don't have to wait for it to chill.
At Starbucks and Teavana, we brew tea for 4 minutes. Herbal tea can be steeped even longer and steeped while even drinking.
    Nothing beats homemade tea!

If you wait on adding your sugar till your tea's done steeping your tea will steep better. I'm not sure why but I figured this out after making a ton of Sweet Tea. Yummy ♡

Have my own greenhouse where I grow camellia year yound, I use a tiny bit of baking soda to cut acidity during steeping. Can't wait till summer to hear about your peach recipes.

I just made the Blackberry Mint Green tea today. I was momentarily disappointed at how "weak" it was and then I realized I was, quite wrongly, comparing it to Southern sweet tea (what I was raised on). Which, as you may already know, is STRONG and super sweet.

Strawberry/jalapeno? Sounds very interesting! I might give this a go. Very creative as usual!

Great recipes! Can't wait to try them out😊 I'd combine all ingredients & pour the boiling water over them, rather than adding them to the boiled water.

I used to make that Pomegranate tea but with black tea and not the hibiscus tea. I love Pomegranate tea especially when the heat is just unbearable.
Now I need to try your Jalapeno Strawberry tea. It tickles my curiosity lol.
