Thank you for this great and emotional edit. Sometimes I have a feeling that no one truly realized how deep Carol's wounds were, even Daryl. He is her closest friend and soulmate but they still have so many things that drive them apart. And it was so unfair of him being mad at her after all the hard decisions and life-saving choices that she made. Still, I can't wait for their reunion in s2 of the Daryl Dixon series.

It's heartbreaking to see her consistently shoulder responsibilities without receiving the appreciation she deserves. She faced immense difficulties, yet nobody seemed to grasp the extent of her struggles, not even those she considered family 🥺 I wish they were there for her like she was there for them. Putting everyone else aside, Daryl being mad at her truly tore me apart. It also hurts me deeply that we didn't get a solution to the cabin fight on screen 💔 But like you said, I can't wait for them to reunite. She is on her way to save the day, as she always does 🥹 They are each other's happy ending and I can't wait for them to get the happiness they deserve ❤
@@hulyadalli Thank you for your reply! It's really nice to discuss TWD, especially Carol and Daryl, 'cause I'm a fan and I don't have many people around who would be willing to do so. I'm still wondering if Carol would have proceeded with her crusade against Alpha and done all the things that led to that cabin scene if Daryl had told her I love you earlier. Of course, he said many meaningful words such as "you still got me" or "I wanna be there for you" and so on but never these three words. Maybe it would have changed everything.
@@Ainagulova I love talking about them, and it's really nice to talk with someone who understands the characters. I think what Alpha did affected Carol in a whole another level. Because you know, she was starting to take a strict attitude towards children after losing 4 of them. She was trying not to bound with Henry at first as well, but then she dared to show her motherly feelings again and adopted him. She raised him, she build a life with him, and she found a happy family environment which she couldn't find even before the zombies. But Alpha ruthlessly stripped away everything Carol had built, plunging her into a desolate abyss. Her grief consumed her, making her disregard her own well-being. And her agony was so big that she couldn't think anything else but killing Alpha. Despite Daryl's love and support, she still struggled with feeling worthy. So I'm not sure if Daryl saying "I love you" would have changed that or not, but maybe hearing it explicitly could have made a difference. Who knows? Wow... That was really a thought-provoking topic, and I appreciate you for bringing it up. I really loved thinking about it!

I had to comment on this masterpiece, this is so, SO good! But seriously, what up? Why are there not more views on this?! I love the editing, from the video placement with the lyrics, to the audio I got the hear over the video as well. At 3:45 to 3:53 I loved whatever that effect is called (I'll call it a double feature) it was fun to watch! LOL

"Nightmare by Halsey" ?? I think there are some fun lyrics there for a video, but I know she's not everyone's taste in music and when it comes to making a video, you have to listen to a song several times while your editing. (I actually have a few song suggestion floating around in my head!) 😝😅
@@TashHarp I've never heard this song before, but it is SO GOOD! I loved it! I would love to make a video with that song. But right now, I have a couple of videos waiting to be made. I'm working on a Carol edit at the moment, and coincidentally, I'm using a Halsey song for it too! However, I haven't made any significant progress yet-I'm only 30 seconds in 💀-because I haven't had any free time lately 😩 After that, I have a Caryl video request lined up 👀 I really want to use the song you suggested after completing these two videos, and I'm very open to other suggestions!
