I am not a fit/athletic person, have been struggling with clinical depression for the past 5 years that's gotten so bad to the point where I quit working out. My medicine helps and to see live positively!!!! And Sport!!! I am 50 my son is 12 , we do Monday to Friday on this workout , we are feeling so good now , may even drop the gym out when it reopens and carry on with the body project ,
I am 67 years old and I am sort of active but the pounds were coming on and I was feeling blah. Now I am doing one of these "Body Project" videos every other day. I truly did not know what I was missing. Even if I am simply walking in a square it is cardio and it is magic.

This is hands down the best fitness channel I've ever come across on TH-cam. I was super active when I was young, but during college and entering the working world...I completely lost any motivation to exercise. I'm 28 now, and Team Body Project creates the most achievable and enjoyable workouts! I totally feel exhilarated afterwords, like I just pushed myself to go a little further everyday--but without feeling totally wiped out. The are the only workouts I've ever felt amazing afterward. I've done these for about a month now, and everyday I can feel myself getting stronger, and more able to finish the workout. Thank you---keep going!!!

I just have to share that your videos have been the ONLY workout vids that have worked for me in years. It was always so easy for me to injure myself with other videos because I was always under the assumption that high intensity, high impact was the only way to workout and see results but you’ve clearly shown me this obviously is not the case. I've been doing your videos for awhile now. My starting weight was 254 when I knew I had to make a change. I lost 12 pounds and I was stuck for awhile trying to figure out my diet so I gave up your videos for about a month and a half. I knew I wanted to continue to lose weight so I got back on your videos and ate better about a month and a half ago and I weigh 229 now. Honestly, i'm able to do exercise in this (injured) condition and bad mental health place, only because of this kind gentleman. i don't strain my back much, don't go all out, but am just moving my body to keep it in working condition. Hello from Scotland! I was recently diagnosed with a 56degree scoliosis- I'm exercising 5days out of 7. I use stretching and Pilates on 3 days and your cardio workouts on the other 2days. They are varied, achievable and very effective!! Thank you so much x
I love the body project workout videos, I have several favorites saved that I do almost every day. I'm also 6 months pregnant and I love how I'm able to continue doing these workouts throughout this pregnancy since it's so easy to modify and do low impact versions but still feel like I'm getting the best workout I can in the different stages of my pregnancy. I also love the concept of "your personal best". It really helps you feel ok about listening to your body and your limits while still being motivated to push as hard as you can and not feel bad if it isnt quite the same as others. I've utilized workout videos ever since I was a teenager and I've always been super hard on myself when I watch them and can't match exactly what the instructors are doing or maintain the same stamina. But body project has been helping me understand that I'm not a failure if I have to take a break for a moment or do a low impact version of something. Body project is the best!
I gotta admit, I love these videos! They are the perfect thing to follow along with now that I'm stuck inside for the next three weeks waiting for this pandemic to ebb.
Thank you Daniel.... I have started doing low impact cardio... I worked out so hard in gym and reduced 24 lb in 2015... But after pregnancy I gained same 25 lb now... Always busy with work and kids... This lockdown has given working from home option by which I can focus on weight reduction again .. you are so inspiring...

Youre workouts are the only ones that keep me motivated and i actually see results. I have heart murmur AND asthma so its really hard for me to be physically active without over exerting myself and passing out, but these low impact ones brings the intensity down a notch and i can actually get through the whole workout and feel satisfied. I just found your channel. I am just beginning my healthy lifestyle change after my second baby 20 months ago. I was following another youtube trainers session but she didn't give guidance during the exercises or encouragement. I love that with your sessions and that you use real people that are trying to get healthy too. This is my 2nd week of doing body project workouts, and i've moved up to using weights. Thank you so much for making exercise videos that are low impact and do-able by nearly anyone. As someone with a bad leg, it's hard to find good workouts that don't aggravate my leg too much but so far your workouts are amazing!!! Will share it with my friends.
Just done this after 2 yrs of no exercise and working from home 🥵 had to pause at 18mins to get breath back! Continued on and feel done in but will do regularly to improve my fitness.... probably won't be able to move tomorrow 😅
Hi. My name is Marilyn. I am 49 years old and working out with a titanium bar in my leg and a plate with screws in my ankle as I broke my leg 3 years ago. I have done body groove dancing as well. I quit smoking a year before I broke my leg so I put on weight. For the last week I have done your first session. Got through that one a did the second session today and got through that one as well. After I do your workout I do sets of crunches and stretches with my legs and I go for my walk 2 mile. I enjoy your workouts and will continue to do them. I believe they are going to help me. Thank you for what you and the people you work with do.

Hey, Mr. Bartlett and everybody from the Body Project team. Thank you so much for publishing for free those workouts. I study an online degree, that is, I have college but I study at home. I rarely get out of home, because I can't find a job yet, so I usually have to do stuff alone to keep myself exercised and healthy. The way you put low impact exercises and encourages me to do 30 minutes of exercise it's a huge incentive to me. I am doing at the moment a day in day out on the workout videos you published on the channel, right after I wake up in the morning. It is going so much better than other workout videos I attempted, who usually are for advanced fitness people and are of very high intensity, so those videos usually hurt me, a person who is trying to set a routine of exercises, and your videos are the ones helping me get out of the sedentary zone. Keep up the great stuff, one day I will join Body Project when I get a job!

I started working out with the body project online video last October after not working out constantly for years. I loved how the instructor encourages you to do your personal best. Which is exactly what I did then I was gradually able to up my fitness level. I haven't stopped working out since 🙃

I love your workours for a variety of reasons; 1) it is nice to see people of varying body shapes. I am a larger woman and it's nice to see folks with my body type, not only because it's always nice to see someone relatable but also to show that you CAN get through these workouts even if you're a larger person. 2) the constant encouragement and talking to the audience is wonderful. I talk back even though obviously you can't hear me 3) the beat of the music helps me keep time 4) the workouts are challenging! I have NEVER done high intensity cardio before; my "cardio" was walking or the elliptical or bike with NO resistance. My primary told me on 1/09/20 I needed to drop some weight because my BP and resting heart rate were too high. She said i need to do intense cardio where I sweat and my heart pounds and I breathe hard. It's not my favorite activity (I'd love to be one of those people who LOVE exercise, but I am not and probably never will be), but your videos are a great way to take care of my health!
Daniel my son with autism found you and decided to watch you for his weight loss program. He had to control his eating habits says his doctor. Watching you and exercising every other day with your program he has loss 22 pounds. Well as for me..6.. but I'm trying I have to watch what I eat. I'm so grateful I've found this channel and Team Body Project! I've gone from never working out to doing 6 workouts a week, and I've stayed consistant with that for at least.. around 9-10 weeks now! (I should've kept better track when I started to know the exact date!) Most of those days, I actually look forward to getting to work out because I know I'll feel great afterwards! What helped so much is that the beginner workouts are actually beginner workouts, so I'd finish them feeling like I really accomplished something instead of feeling like it just highlighted the things I *couldn't* do yet. Not needing to modify every move or skip moves that I simply couldn't do was that boost of confidence I needed to get me going and keep me coming back and eventually feel confident enough to challenge myself!
I love this so much!! I've done your first one for about a month now and am definitely ready for this one. Got through the whole thing. Legs DEAD!! I had to foam roll all sides of my legs and glutes for 18 minutes. I think that saved them haha. Can't wait for the next one I actually stick with these!!

This is the first of their workouts that I did, then I signed up for a free account, and found it so worthwhile that I paid for a full account after a week or two. Thank you Daniel.... I have started doing low impact cardio... I worked out so hard in gym and reduced 24 lb in 2015... But after pregnancy I gained same 25 lb now... Always busy with work and kids... This lockdown has given working from home option by which I can focus on weight reduction again .. you are so inspiring...

Youre workouts are the only ones that keep me motivated and i actually see results. I have heart murmur AND asthma so its really hard for me to be physically active without over exerting myself and passing out, but these low impact ones brings the intensity down a notch and i can actually get through the whole workout and feel satisfied. Im so happy to have found you.
I just found your channel. I am just beginning my healthy lifestyle change after my second baby 20 months ago. I was following another youtube trainers session but she didn't give guidance during the exercises or encouragement. I love that with your sessions and that you use real people that are trying to get healthy too. The exercises are easy follow, but I am still sweating and breathing hard after each session and no getting on the floor. Thank you so much

This is my 2nd week of doing body project workouts, and i've moved up to using weights. Thank you so much for making exercise videos that are low impact and do-able by nearly anyone. As someone with a bad leg, it's hard to find good workouts that don't aggravate my leg too much but so far your workouts are amazing!!! Will share it with my friends.
Just done this after 2 yrs of no exercise and working from home 🥵 had to pause at 18mins to get breath back! Continued on and feel done in but will do regularly to improve my fitness.... probably won't be able to move tomorrow 😅

Hi. My name is Marilyn. I am 49 years old and working out with a titanium bar in my leg and a plate with screws in my ankle as I broke my leg 3 years ago. I have done body groove dancing as well. I quit smoking a year before I broke my leg so I put on weight. For the last week I have done your first session. Got through that one a did the second session today and got through that one as well. After I do your workout I do sets of crunches and stretches with my legs and I go for my walk 2 mile. I enjoy your workouts and will continue to do them. I believe they are going to help me. Thank you for what you and the people you work with do.

Hey, Mr. Bartlett and everybody from the Body Project team. Thank you so much for publishing for free those workouts. I study an online degree, that is, I have college but I study at home. I rarely get out of home, because I can't find a job yet, so I usually have to do stuff alone to keep myself exercised and healthy. The way you put low impact exercises and encourages me to do 30 minutes of exercise it's a huge incentive to me.
I am doing at the moment a day in day out on the workout videos you published on the channel, right after I wake up in the morning. It is going so much better than other workout videos I attempted, who usually are for advanced fitness people and are of very high intensity, so those videos usually hurt me, a person who is trying to set a routine of exercises, and your videos are the ones helping me get out of the sedentary zone. Keep up the great stuff, one day I will join Body Project when I get a job!

I started working out with the body project online video last October after not working out constantly for years. I loved how the instructor encourages you to do your personal best. Which is exactly what I did then I was gradually able to up my fitness level. I haven't stopped working out since 🙃

I love your workours for a variety of reasons; 1) it is nice to see people of varying body shapes. I am a larger woman and it's nice to see folks with my body type, not only because it's always nice to see someone relatable but also to show that you CAN get through these workouts even if you're a larger person. 2) the constant encouragement and talking to the audience is wonderful. I talk back even though obviously you can't hear me 3) the beat of the music helps me keep time 4) the workouts are challenging! I have NEVER done high intensity cardio before; my "cardio" was walking or the elliptical or bike with NO resistance. My primary told me on 1/09/20 I needed to drop some weight because my BP and resting heart rate were too high. She said i need to do intense cardio where I sweat and my heart pounds and I breathe hard. It's not my favorite activity (I'd love to be one of those people who LOVE exercise, but I am not and probably never will be), but your videos are a great way to take care of my health!

I'm so grateful I've found this channel and Team Body Project! I've gone from never working out to doing 6 workouts a week, and I've stayed consistant with that for at least.. around 9-10 weeks now! (I should've kept better track when I started to know the exact date!) Most of those days, I actually look forward to getting to work out because I know I'll feel great afterwards! What helped so much is that the beginner workouts are actually beginner workouts, so I'd finish them feeling like I really accomplished something instead of feeling like it just highlighted the things I *couldn't* do yet. Not needing to modify every move or skip moves that I simply couldn't do was that boost of confidence I needed to get me going and keep me coming back and eventually feel confident enough to challenge myself!
I love this so much!! I've done your first one for about a month now and am definitely ready for this one. Got through the whole thing. Legs DEAD!! I had to foam roll all sides of my legs and glutes for 18 minutes. I think that saved them haha. Can't wait for the next one I actually stick with these!!

This is the first of their workouts that I did, then I signed up for a free account, and found it so worthwhile that I paid for a full account after a week or two.
