To reach the highest lightbulb, park the lift on the flat bed trailer and position the trailer where you need it. The trailer will give you extra height to reach the bulb.

Suggestion, Chet & Co. Park and chain the lift on top of one of the trailers. Hopefully, that would give you enough elevation to discard the ladder and save money on a bigger lift rental. Still, I will wear a safety harness.

That job is just as tough as some working on aircraft engines as installed on an aircraft. Big or small aircraft the hours saved using your own brain to replace a component without removing an engine or a related assembly is well worth the aggravation. I’ve even had aircraft manufacturer twice put my repair procedures in their manual and paid me for it. Good job guys.

    Thanks for another great video.
    It was interesting and enjoyable.
Putting new light tubes in your shop area sure did help. You had a lot burned out. Please have a electrical person come and do the ceiling ones. To high up and standing on that ladder on the lift is not the safest thing to do. Don’t risk yourself.
Dougo home from Hawaii and now Eric is there you said. Lots of traveling right now.
Good job on replacement of that fan clutch. You and Brody did a great job.
About all for now I guess. You take care.

Yuppers, ain't no la,y days on a farm that's for sure.
Big Swede off to trooical paradise when a giant is needed to reach those overhead lights and poor slightly heigth challenged Chet has to do it.
At least now Brady can actually see what he's washing.
Then there's that fun to remove shafrmt, ooh the joy of farm equipment maintenance.
Better than working outside in winter windblown snow.
Nice and toasty here in 79 degree Miami folks.
Going up to 84 this afternoon.
I'll have a snow cone with a shot of vodka and raspberry syrup on top in salute to the Arctic Circle farmers in Minnesota and all along the northern reaches of America.

Something to look into for LED conversation in the wash bay are direct drive LED tubes. No ballasts to go out. No new fixtures to buy. And even that many can easily be redone buy a 2 man crew in 8 hours or less if they both have lifts. And most of them have a 5 year warranty on the led tubes themselves.
