Cole Palmer was at the game because he is mates with Lewis Fiorini not Barry. Lewis Bate was signed from Leeds in the summer on a free transfer so they obviously don't rate him. Any team wanting to sign him now will have to cough up some decent money. And please, Please, PLEASE get our keepers name right. It is HINCHLIFFE not HINCHCLIFFE
You've got a lot of lower league knowledge which is impressive, Corey Adai is a decent shot stopper but he always pushes the ball back into play and that needs coaching out of him.
Also at the start of the season we had 12 players out injured. So more surprising we won the first 3 but more understandable we had a lot of draws after that until they started coming back from injury.
Nice feature on us with lots of accurate insight. But, a few things I'd disagree with. Not having a plan B - I think Chally is up there tactically and actually we do have a plan B. In fact we have seen plans C and D this season and since he's been with us. He does deffo have a preferred style but his ability to adapt to depending on opposition both pre-game and in-game is one of his strengths. Depth - I think we have great depth and that will hold us in good stead over the season. In midfield we have Camps, Nick Powell, Odin Bailey who can rotate with Norwood, Bate and Collar. In defence we have Sam Hughes, Onyango, Oderamola as an able replacements centrally and have players like Knoyle and Mingi coming back from injury, Rydel, Southam Hales, and Touray all competing at full back/wing back. In wide areas with have Diamond and Fevrier who are good ball carriers who have bags of potential juist need a little consistency. Up from we have Olaofe - who is still not quite right form/fitness/confidence wise but can easily come on and stretch teams as well as Mellon if he stays fit. I'd say its comfortably one of the more deep squads (with quality) in the league.
Louie Barry quite rightly setting the league on fire with the number, frequency and type of goals he scores. Lewis Bate has been sensational in midfield, both he and Ollie Norwood dictate the game from the central midfield areas. Still can't believe we picked Lewis up on a free following his release from Leeds. He's clearly an exceptional talent and could easily hold down a position in a Championship team.
We've adapted our style this year and it's taken a while to settle, we're also signing young players with sell on value rather than the likes of Paddy Madden and Antoni Sarcevic.
You have really done your homework and have produced a really entertaining podcast. I would add that untill about 4 games ago County have been unable to play Challinors favoured formation with 2 wing backs. Getting Southam-Hales and Rydel back has been a game changer literally. More broadly, there is a 7 year plan that our Director of Football Simon Wilson has mapped out to get to the Championship in a sustainable way. We are in year 5 of that. Most long term County fans are loving watching the development of this side and the broader project( ground developments and the academy for example) and have total trust in the plan. Top Ten qould be great this year with a punt at the play offs but not getting promoted would do us no harm.
@giantballoon3491 pedantic and wrong. Mark Stott bought County at the beginning of 2020 which will be 5 years in January so we are currently in year 5 of the 7 year plan

Cole is a local lad too.
Stockport fan here, loving videos analyising our club like this 🔵⚪🔵⚪🔵⚪
Loved doing this 👏🏼

Good watch as always. County fan here... Just enjoying the ride and see where it goes. Championship next season maybe too early for us.

I'd disagree and say he has a great plan A but if things start to go wrong it's rare we turn things around.
@@SimmsRyan97Not in my opinion, he's definitely learning to switch things.

Year 4 of the plan

Playing Brum on weds away 🤔🫣🫣🫣..
Easy lol
Excellent vid boys. Cant believe you didnt mention our wideboys coming back from injury though
Think Ben got it spot on, good insight from him.
Louie Barry best footballer I’ve ever seen at county when plan a works we are all over teams when it doesn’t work not so much
mad to think that us (leyton orient) beat them 4-1 this yr and look how shite we r now
You looked good that day, I'm surprised to see you struggling.
Rumour has it villa are recalling in Jan and sending him to a championship team, only a rumour
An untrue rumour
Great watch Ben is sound remember him at fylde v county in covid season going on about our fans being barmy 😂😂
Cruising? Sure I saw them get battered 0-5 at home.
As soon as they lose Barry they’re screwed.
Barry's there for the season with Olaofe chomping at the bit to take his place.
@ not if someone comes in with a bid in January he isn’t. Aston Villa can sell him whenever they want.
They are 4th and played 2 more games than anyone else 😂😂😂
2 more than Brum, 1 more than Hudders and Wycombe, same games as Wrexham and Barnsley.
That's a lot of laughter emojis for something that's not even right.
You mean 2 more than Birmingham and Mansfield!?
That’s it! 🙈
(Insert as many laughing emojis as you want)
