Strickland strikes me as legit off-balance and not a person I'd want to be around. But damn I do enjoy his fighting style. The guy has made more with meat and potatoes than any other modern fighter I can think of. The guy uses like 2 strikes but so well and so consistently...somehow makes it work at elite level. All around fascinating character.

There's a lot of young interesting contenders now for her between Santos, Fiorot, Grasso, and O Neil who have all had a target on Valentina's head for years accumulating more and more tape to gameplan for her. With Valentina only growing older and having a style that relies on her speed and athleticism, I think that someone out of those four will soon come to take her throne.
