Heads up: the newest version of Paint3D removed the option to export FBX. Download your model as a GLB instead, then in Blender import it under gITF 2.0. The process should be exactly the same from there.
It's seriously a game changer! One thing to note: in the newest version of Paint3D they removed the option to export FBX. You have to download it as a GLB. The process is pretty much the same, but it's worth mentioning.
