I was thinking about asking Santa to bring me a wee voucher for a lesson at Archerfield as heard they had GEARS, force plates etc. After watching this I’ll definitely be popping a wee note up the chimney 🎅🎄😁 Like the way Olly uses the technology to gather data and provide evidence to back up his solutions rather than the technology becoming the star of the show. You boys will both find the game so much easier with a more neutral path. Most important thing now is that you practice your new movements to create new patterns as your body will always try to revert to your comfy space. Be really patient, it won’t change overnight and be really intentional with every shot. Good luck 👍
