    It was very hard to find this video but it was just the video I was looking for. It seems “how to follow a cut list” pulls up videos on how to MAKE a cut list. Then I realized I would probably get power tool results anyways. I want hand tool results. Found this video by searching “dimensioning lumber by hand”

    I really appreciate you sharing your experience with us! I have a ton of lumber that wants to be a dining room table and will need the help you will soon be offering. I am fortunate to have 5 pieces of 2 1/2”x16” x12’ rough sawn mahogany stock that is going to be said table this winter.

      Awesome! With a little "elbow grease" you can turn those into a heirloom piece!
