💯! I treat all my thoughts like an offer..I’ll either reject or accept & that was the most life changing discovery of my lifetime 🌸🦋💗

Beautiful stuff. Just wish you'd drop the bipolar 'label' that only poisoned the moment. Bipolar diagnosis is so popular I don't know anyone who isn't diagnosed 'bipolar' or Borderline. Ridiculous diagnosis' using dangerous, addicting, deadly drugs to treat. You sure are a beautiful man Dr. Samuel Lee.

😳 first time i find someone agreeing with me!
In the Mental health Hospitals, almost everybody i met was given the label bipolar until I became really skeptical about this diagnosis!

We agree. At ATMC we help people recover from their diagnosis. Glad you enjoyed the video with Dr. Lee.

I tried the box breathing and it does work. I'm a slow breather, however, so I just lengthened the time blocks. When I'm stressed I tend to shallowly breathe for forget to breathe so this technique will help with that, too.

The mind will follow the breath or else the breath will follow the mind. Calm rhythmic breathing pattern.
