Small packet kidney beans
1 onions
9 cloves or garlic
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp paprika/Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
5 cups of boiling water
2 black cardamoms
1 cup oil
2 tbsp garlic paste
1.5 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp pomegranate powder (optional)
3 chillis
Handful coriander
