At about 39:05 there is the remark about driving an unlicensed vehicle. But Steve Jobs drove his car with not license plate as the corruptifornia has a rule that one can run his car for up to 6 months without a plate. Jobs was so wealthy that he bought or leased a new car every 6 months.

I have to admit, Crash had a pretty darn valid reason for what he did. It wasn't about simple revenge or profit; It was about keeping a corrupt, greedy, and honestly rather evil man from deliberately releasing a product that they both knew was unsafe and could get a LOT of people killed. I can have a hard time thinking of a more justifiable motive for premeditated murder than that.

Crash's explanation sounds noble - but how was he able to rig the car to electrocute the victim in the few minutes after their argument and when the car was already in front of a ton of witnesses?

Pretty good episode. Pat Morita in a cowboy hat is a bit much. Also Erik Estrada had too much screen time. I wished he got knocked off at the start of the show.
However, a Dom DeLuise appearance is always welcomed.😊
Not so corny but still there. Nice low key Detective show. Wonder what yr it is seems like the 80 or 90s but I think some of the actors are recent young actors
