Welcome to my channel! :) I'm so glad you found me. This cake is incredible delicious! If you want to add raspberry puree, I would add spoonfuls of it on top of the cake batter and kind of swirl it in. Hope you enjoy the recipe

Maybe use Stevia. We don't consume white sugar anymore. We saw the change once we switched to Stevia and we also use other natural sweeteners not chemicals at all.
Hi! I would make 3 portions of the original recipe. I usually recommend preparing 1 1/2 portions of any recipe, going from 8-inch to 9-inch pans. Have fun baking and enjoy!
Cake making should allow viewers to see the mixing process as well. For the most part of the mixing, I was only able to see the bowl but not what was inside. Your older videos were much better where you used to show the mixture when it was being made.

Yes on both questions! You can use olive oil and I would recommend erythritol - it has virtually no aftertaste :)
