Prior Lake is a great lake to live on! Better than Lake Minnetonka IMO. Nicely thought out house, integrating all the video, sound, lights probably took a LONG time! But I'm sure the sound in amazing and the house probably shakes when the volume is up!
Beautiful home and no expense spared on the lutron keypads. Two minor corrections, the doorbell intercom is called the "2N" not "N2" and the movie server system is called "kaleidescape," not "kaleidoscope."
Amazing home. Love all the stone work and innovative lighting. Lots of cool tech that really showcases what Admit One is capable of doing on a project. I also like how the home is offset on an almost pennisula-like lot for max privacy. Only change I would make is that elaborate sink in the half bath mimicking Prior Lake. It's an impracticle "bell and whistle" that is probably next to impossible to maintain and clean. Other than that an immaculate and well laid out home. Love the kitchen with the massive wooden waterfall edge island and high end Miele appliances with custom wood facing finishes.
@@BrandonDoyleMN yes it does and really encapsulates the newest real estate trend of soft contemporary where modern meets warmth in lux properties. I like!
Beautiful house and everything well done. Whoever did the etching for the sauna switch needs to replace it. Even if it was an error by the owner at the company level someone should have had the brains to figure out what it meant or at least verify it. When you are charging $1000 for a switch you need to take some personal responsibility.
The owner is the owner of the company, it was his own mistake and he just decided to leave it, makes for a funny story. If it was a client they’d of changed it, and that is just one of a whole bunch of those style switches. Mistakes happen, he owns it and was cool with me pointing it out in the video which I think speaks to his character! Glad you enjoyed the tour, thanks for watching
It will even be much nicer without that gadgets. Remember these old train engines, suburban trains used for 10, 20 years without need for any software update. Use traditional switches and wires! 😊
@@gluecksdrache2054I can’t believe anyone building a home to this caliber wouldn’t want tech in the home. So for you to say it would be better without seems asinine!
@Spooled9 A great, unique location at a lake. Fresh air, the breeze of nature and the living room has a super large TV showing the same contents like on a mini appartement in New York.... Never understand this.
When you have way too much money. Your SINK is a lake 😂 I tho I was going to see something different. But it’s no different than any high end smart home
Minisota is so nice … just imagine all the democrats gone , like all states , the idea of a utopia is so close but so far , Just get rid of bs leadership and your states will flourish Anyways … interesting build
@@venom5809 Nah , it’s all about statistics my guy , every state , county and city … under the leadership of democratic policies has suffered the most , but ok 👌🏻 All I sed was many of these states like Minnesota which includes places like Oregon, California ect .. are beautiful places but due to the policies of its leaders and lack of leadership they have become absolute rubbish . As a life long Minnesotan I could not agree more with your statement. MN is actually more red than people know but the population epicenter around the 7 county Twin Cities metro area leans heavy blue and offsets the rest of the state unfortunately. Other blue epicenters around Duluth and Rochester.
Love this property. What a great location.
Beautiful Home and a calm Realtor great job !
7:05 caught me off guard 🤣🤣🤣 hell yeah brotha
Thanks Brandon. I like the whole house. 😊
I love the party bathroom and the frosted glass.
Love the fact that the owner left the type on the switch and let you guys show it. Seems like a down to earth owner
He really is
I am copying that cookie time keypad button idea. Great video.
Wow this house is insane!! 💰 💸 💲
oops a very expensive typo.
He owns the company so could replace it at cost but it’s a funny story so I’m glad they left it
Well done video!
Glad you liked it!

Nice House. Lots of planning.
that sink looks fun to clean

Thanks for the catch, I’ll make sure to get those names right in my next video.

What were the lights on the wall in the “party bathroom”?
I’ll have to ask, I’m sure they told me but I don’t recall
Stunning home!
those steel corners on the floating bed are going to obliterate your shins
You know the Vikings watch party is always at his house
The Prior Lake sink is interesting, but I wouldn't want to clean it.
I’m sure the owner doesn’t clean it
This dude knows his tech!
You missed the garage....Which baseball player owns/owned this?
There’s one shot hidden but you’re correct we didn’t quite show the entire home
No baseball player. The owner owns Admit One (Brandon mentioned this) which is a local, high end AV, lighting and home automation company.

Stunning home I wonder how much it would cost to build that same exact house in Northern VA.
Mountain range looks like Chimney Rock and Courthouse in Ridgeway, Co
WHOAH THIS IS INSANE!
4:43 I just don’t think the Cookie button is for getting a late night snack.. at least not in literal words.😂
Was this Brian's house?
Nope
If it is the owner of Admitone his name is Lance.
7:04 nice one 🤣🤣
Tell "the owner" I want a pickle ball rematch
Omg.. very beautiful dreams home..
I'd have to try hard to find something I dislike about this one. I like every aspect of it my first watch... even the "Sanua" 🤣 Great tour!
I'm a big fan of a nice rack but you always gotta take a good look at the backside as well
You can never take yourself too seriously, gotta have some fun!
Lovely.
Big house, no soul... needs interior design to soften it and add character. Great finishing tho
No need for all the tech. The house was just as nice without it.

a split level on a home in 2024 oh my god LMAO

Why such a large TV when being in a great landscape with views... 😕
Bathroom sink terrible.
Why is the house made of paper? 😅😂
This is what happens when you have more money than sense (and bad taste).

Meh, MN has better houses
Where? Worked all over the state and unless you’re talking about an old home from old money, this is pretty top of the field.
