I've found on most games like COD if your running any upload speed below 800kbps you going to be lagging, your downloading the enemy's bullets no problem but with slow upload your usually about 5 to 10 shots behind. I've watched it on kill cams where I have clearly put several shots on target on my screen with hit markers and watch the kill cam and not 1 of my bullets registered on them.

I also forgot to mention it in the video, but it's always a good idea to test your speeds more than once after you finish with the tutorial because the first test may be inaccurate, due to many different factors. (if you are still having trouble I highly recommend looking in the description for affordable products I found on Amazon that should drastically improve internet speed)
