Good video, looking forward to your story video, I am working on mine now. We are new to TH-cam so my wife didn't know what I could post or not post from the hospital photos. I wanted to show my HSP disease in progression over the months and how we came to carnivore to save my life.
Ehm... So you are doing "Carnivore Diet" Rights now... My friend also doing this diet but with "Omad/One Meal A Day" + little bit Gym/Exercise & workout... So far he looks great in physically & mentally... Hope you get your goals too... just Ganbatte Wave hhe... Notes : JFYK i have genetical "Asthma" from my Grandpa & i was thought i couldn't life normally like others but somehow... I find the ways to decrease the intention... From my Asthma, its can't 100% heals but my breath feel like normal people mostly hhe...
Glad you are doing this. I wish I would have suggested this to you a long time ago.....lol Good luck sir! You will be surprised at all the different issues that resolve themselves when you are Carnivore. If you want "parabolic" results do OMAD and Intermittent fasting. Not this 12 hour crap. I mean 20-22 hours. It's all in your mind. It's not that hard once you get going. Results will encourage you to keep stepping it up. I never "weaned" myself off anything. Just went for it. Crazy results came after 2-3 days for me. My buddy Duncan and I have a diet we call the "Poker Diet". When we play a tournament, we play for 12-13 hours without eating. Never get hungry and aren't even hungry when we're done. Because most of it is in your head. Our minds are so focused we just don't think about food. I have to think you've experienced this before, maybe when trying to write a song, or get a certain drum pattern down, or learn a new song on the guitar or drums, maybe even playing video games. All of a sudden you realize you've been doing some activity for 12 hours, never ate, and didn't get hungry. People eat because it's time to eat, not because they're hungry or need to eat. Duncan has done 5 day fasts before. I think Rob Yule did a 4 day one time. In addition to the normal things you read about. I can tell the difference in my eyesight when I'm Carnivore. I got rid of a shoulder pain I had for years, and my doctor told me the pain in my hand was arthritis and there was nothing I could do about it. It went away. All of this as you know is caused by inflammation from eating carbs. Surprised you are lethargic. I never had that, I got extra energy right away. I never had "Keto Flu". Focus your mind. Your body adjusts quickly. Good luck my friend!
Yes I wish I had never quit last year, but at least I learned a lesson on what “eating healthy” with lots of veggies led me to. That’s interesting you had no far adaptation symptoms! Did you eat many carbs before carnivore? I was just coming back off the standard American diet, so my understanding is that the symptoms are carb withdrawal/electrolyte dumping. But they also went away after I had salt. Yesterday I had a 4 hour eating window 5-9, and it went well! I’m definitely with you on the power of fasting! And it sounds like you’re describing the flow state. I do notice that much easier to access on carnivore because, like you said, you never get distracted by hunger. Thanks for sharing the benefits you’ve had Glen! I’m looking forward to seeing more.
@@wavepotterwellness I ate a lot of carbs like everyone else, and like I said, I still drink Coke and can still see decent results regardless of the Coke. I know liquid carbs are still the same but they seem different to me. I don't recommend that but I've already explained that it works for my goals. My body is weird. It doesn't respond to pain or pain killers like everyone else. I broke my ankle and it never hurt even after they showed up 2 hours later in a helicopter to pick me up in the mountains....lol I never felt pain. They offered me the pain killer and I told them it didn't hurt. I never had a broken bone before, but they said what about when they twist it to reset it. That convince me to take it. My body isn't affected by caffeine. I can drink a Coke and go to bed immediately or anytime after, and fall asleep with in 10 min.
