Personal experience here. I had a K4 compact for about 13 years before it gave up the ghost. Admittedly, I had changed the pump head once halfway through its life. I now use a K3 horizontal. My use case is cleaning cars and I find the K3 adequate for cleaning an X5 and a Hyundai Kona as well as my 2 motorbikes on any given weekend. However, one thing I did notice is that the snowfoam is not as thick on the K3, so I had to adjust the dilution ratios a bit. I also noticed the air cooled motor might not be as durable for the same duty cycle. It's bloody loud. People make do with K2s to wash their cars, but for me, I have noticed a difference in the output. I also don't like the new hose retention mechanism with the pull clips raather than the quick release hose coupler on the unit itself.

Hi, I see you pay attention to details :-) I was too lazy to make separate visuals when expaining elements that are the same for most Karcher Pressure washers. I think there I wanted to point out that "Premium" simply means that you have a hose reel or so. So it does not matter if there is a K3, K4 or K5 on the picture. The hose reels look the same.
Hi, you are smart, finding the specs and making an easy to understand video and visuals is the trick. Many people are quite happy with that video. If you check buying guides, it is surprising how many do not really get into the specs. Or they compare products between different brands without matching the specs, which kinda makes tests not very useful in my opinion.

The k3 has a 6m hose not 8 :)
I’m in bunnings and they’re both 8m
So you basically just read the specs in this video? Ok, thanks.
