Tom, they're made by Tonka....I recognise that colour.....oh, and I preferred your old number plate...was more you!!
Hahaha Tonka is good quality so thats brill. Yeah i prefer that too. Dont worry its back on 🤣
Tonka guards…they’re ok but Raptor make the same thing out of thicker gauge material that are even stronger, and even make a specific version for us Wolf owners !
Have you replaced all the bolts with stainless steel ones?
Did your EGR light come on yet Tom?
No its stayed off. Usually they only come on after half hour on the motorway at a constant speed.
@@lifes.projects Ah OK. I've been reading that that the later 2.4's don't have an issue with the light coming on?
@@NigelsModellingBench I never had an issue before until the EGR solenoid started to fail but only on long journeys down a motorway. For most other vehicles this is the only time an EGR system will realise the lack of flow due to it been blanked off. Especially petrol engines.
@@lifes.projects I wonder if this system in our Puma's only throws a light when the EGR is seized? I'm certainly gonna blank mine, after all the crap I had in the pipes, manifold and the back of the valves.
@@NigelsModellingBench Yeah on the 2.4s ive blanked a few for people with no issues. The only ones that did put the EML light on was because the solenoid was failing as it still does its job movement and its cleaning cycle but obviously its not recycling exhaust fumes 👌
