Very cool video as all of yours are great! One of my kayaks, a Carbon Petrel Play, is pictured at 1:37 and is owned by a guy named Joe. Tybee is one of my favorite spots to paddle! If you guys are up for a little road trip and possible paddle, I'd happy to have you out to my shop and put you in a couple of my kayaks for a test paddle.
Hey Joey, we've been talking about doing an east coast trip in the summer. Your shop and paddling your boats could make a great episode. Additionally I have an epic 18x which needs a little work. Mark and I have been talking about doing the work ourselves, but maybe we could have you show us how to fix it as an additional show. We could do a little cross promotion? Just some quick thoughts. I'll talk to Mark to see what he thinks. Thanks for watching and reaching out.
@@seakayaklife, sounds great! Maybe you could teach me some video editing tricks as well. Would love to have you guys and have a really cool place I can recommend for accommodations while you are around.
I enjoyed the video as always. 18mi is about the limit of my sea kayak life 😀. I just wish you two got views commiserate with your content and editing prowess. Kayaking YT seems rough go with the algorithm. Maybe a bit more gear reviews will bump things up? It seems to work a bit for Ken (paddle tv) and Brett (otaku).
ya, this is a long one. It's a little more cinematic in style with the long shots. I'm always learning and experimenting with what works best with YT. But I'm really happy with this one personally. I have a backlog of videos right now of adventures. We are planning to film a few videos that are gear specific, but no reviews unless companies send us stuff :). Thanks for watching. I appreciate you and the feed back
That was so fun to watch. What a fun little adventure!
