I used cornflour and also first I mixed prawns/shrimps with salts, and other dry ingredients except for maida ( which is shown in the vid). mix them well and refrigerate them for 10 to 15 mins( u can store 5 hours all so). after refrigerate them add cornflour and again refrigerate ( u can avoid this step if u want to) then beat an egg and dip the prawns and lastly roll them in bread crumbs.
