This is a tittle track for his 2nd mini album "NOIR" and let me tell you - aside from this, he made short mvs for all 4 other tracks and the quality of all of them is top notch. Once again - check out "Thank U", it's a masterpiece indeed. Also, this type of short film, shot in that cinematic way reminds me of "FILM: KAI" which came out with his 1st mini album "KAI".
