Nice Video Ben, BUT why do you keep repeating everthing, the actual time that elapsed before you got to the actual reporting was 8 mins of this video, pls understand this is a positive review,

Visa agent charged me 147 usd / 5000 baht wait 3 days and it was done no line very expensive when considering it's free at the immigration office

When I go I have have photocopy of my passport and the 90 day document. You did not mention the copying process or is it my own immigration process? Thanks

Working as a teacher on a non immigrant b visa I have never had to take a photocopy of my passport when reporting 90 days.
Could potentially be a local immigration policy or a rule I was unaware of for a different visa type.

So if I go out of the country and come back when I'm one month into my 90 days, that means my 90 days report deadline now moves forward by one month? Like it was supposed to be in February but now it should be in March right?

It should reset to 90 days from the date you re-enter Thailand.
Always worth checking with you local immigration office.
