Kerwin, you give me epiphanies! I enjoy listening to binaural beats at least 5 times a week and can be anywhere between 15 mins to 1 hour, and lately I've been practising the Wim Hof technique :)
I’ve learned that brief naps are better for me to reset my brain. I tried meditation but always fell asleep. Now I purposely take as little as a 10 minute cat nap and it’s like starting a brand new day
Good video. I personally think it's useful to spot when you're distracting yourself because you're demotivated and when you're distracting yourself because your brain needs time to think creatively and process. If you work really hard you may not schedule in such time. Meditation is fabulous but it's technically the absence of thought rather than playing with thought. We also need time to play and process. Nietzsche said it well: All truly great thoughts are conceived by walking.

I used to do it but stopped, just laziness. But I am starting again, after 2 major surgeries this year, unexpected because I'm a very fit 60 year old, I am very stressed. I need meditation in my life again .
Excellent this was my question too. Already have the IF down pat; love this for the energy improvement and time saving! Working from home it's so easy to be distracted! Next on the list is meditating. Then...maybe the early wake ups :O
