This is what my entire business is about. Teaching kids to be able to identify the correct emotion they're feeling, to be ok with feeling it and strategies for moving through it in a healthy way. Love your work....

I actually got the maintaining neutrality part ... now only if I can practice that when it matters. LOL Not a biz owner here, but digging the self improvement aspect of your content. Please keep them coming. For the question at the end, I can only apply to my own personal social media, I guess I am afraid of what others might think of who or what I am? I know, I should just do my thing ... I'm getting there. Eventually. I think.
Whats been the most impactful theme of 'wake ups' for you Kerwin? For some its near death experiences, others its children, others its a spiritual situation etc... I know you've had all of these but whats felt like the strongest, or most consistent?
Wow... it made me reflect on when I was drunk in love 😂 I SUUURE was intoxicated alright! Hahahaha... Literally.... the drunk walk and the buzz vision like getting drunk like a kite.... it was like being drunk pass a drinking limit.... That's so true man! Hahahaha... made me laugh lol
