Elite: Dangerous 2.2.03 BETA - Anaconda with 8D Sensors and Gimbled Weapons Test #2

A refit from the build I used the other day. I replaced the Efficient Beams with Focused Burst Lasers. The C4 is Scramble Spectrum and the C3 is Thermal Shock. I also replaced the C1 Dispersal Field Cannon Turrets with C1 Efficient Plasma Slug Rails. I chose efficient to keep drain, power and heat down to a minimum so I can chain fire them all day long.
I like this setup better, though it runs hot without the Thermal Vent. Due to the changes from 2.2.03b2 and b3, shields dropped about 200mj, but shield regen rate increased considerably. You can see the actual capacity and mitigation values at the beginning on the right panel.
Scramble Spectrum seems to disable drives a lot more frequently now, which causes the target to do the old 2.0 spiral of doom. It makes them easy picking for the MCs. It does have a recourse timer which prevents it from being applied again for awhile. Phasing Sequence is another good alternative.
