    I rode on that train when I was a kid. Used to go to Ballygowan a bit. Also to Newcastle a couple of times. A disgrace that the UTA shut it down in such haste. I also went to Newcastle on the GNR route near the end. Cheers from Australia.

    Interesting, but did you miss Tullymurray. An important halt for troops going to Ballykinler.
