I'd actually like to see the Casino music from the SM64DS/NSMB minigames. I can't remember if there's differences between the two games' versions, so maybe more towards the latter if that's the case.

You actually can, but only some of the music tracks, Mario Kart: Double Dash!! has a few music tracks that are deconstructable, which are the main menu, and the fanfares. For Super Mario Sunshine, it's mainly the fanfares, isle Delfino and many of the other music tracks. Mario Galaxy has a few tracks, slider, and a few other themes.
